If you where wearing full rune, had 50s for melee stats, where holding a skull sceptre and said "lawls, i did t in 20 minitz i r ftw", it would be obviously fake. IMO, all the bigger challenges are skiller challenges. You'll need to make something during them. I also don't like the idea of making new accounts for this. One of the purposes of it is to give people the extra encouragement to train that skill they've wanted to train, but havn't got around to it yet. Its the best way I've found to get decent amounts of cash. If you're getting sick of it, you're probably getting more then I have on a run (I only get 3-4k at most), you'll probably want to kill things for rune/addy items to alch.

The ring of wealth does work. By how much I'm not sure. You need a lot more then 2 kills to prove the stats on something. From what I've seen, zarfot did a small study on this, where he recorded all of his slayer tasks, which ones he got rare drops. This in my opinion, still isn't enough to be too solid of evidence of the ring's effect, but it still shows a slight correlation towards wealth = more whips/kill. I would just pitch the one you have and keep the one you get during the trial. Diamonds are impossible to get almost. Your best bet is probably stethoscope + vaults, but you still might be 15 minutes getting one.

You have to be able to kill whatever you're killing pretty efficiently with regular gear. Like, regardless of his strategy, a lv 85 is going to have an extremely tough time soloing bandos, regardles of his strategy. I also find to get speed, you'd need higher balanced stats then one stat in particular. Someone with 90/90/90 with a high thieving, cooking, fishing, herblore and agility lv will be a lot faster then someone who's maxed combat, but with low skills. Congrats, I added you in. I also started a little tip section.

You're allowed to use prayer. Its just for the f2p section, there is two different challenges for each monster. One with prayer, and one without. P2P, prayer is fair game. I mean with near max melee, set up gear, a really good inventory and a tort full of sharks, (not to mention my friend standing just outside the door to bless my grave), I've been trying to kill graardor w/o prayer (pro item doesn't count), and I've been having a hard time with it. I couldn't expect someone to do this with mcguivered equipment lol.

Stance: Its a very very difficult to deal with topic. Its not as simple to me as "yes, they should" or "no, homosexuals r teh sux0rz and god hates them". I support homosexual partnerships, which from a completely legal standpoint would be "married". However, I believe for two people to be "joined in the name of god" is a church issue. If its against the priest's religion to wed homosexuals, you can't force them to do that. I think two people who love each other should be able to be legally bound if they so choose, but getting into the religious aspect of this is about as efficient as putting out a fire with gasoline. However, though I support it, I would say no. Simply because there would be too much controversy over putting this in the game. Especially since a lot of rs is very immature, and gay is an insult to them, not a sexual orientation. In my opinion, it would do more harm then good. Religion: None/Atheist skirt armour > pant armour, especially for guys. The last thing you want on the battle field is a chafe in your fun place.

I see re obtainable quest items and achievement rewards as spawnable items. I can't unearn them, I could get as many as I want if I wanted to. Building up points in a game can't let you do this. Other then cabbage-port I haven't found them too useful for anything. On my mole run, I didn't alch, pray restore, or run restore. I cabbageported once, and only used my sheild for the prayer bonus, which actually didn't help me as I had prayer to spare. The mole is a pushover though, my kbd path I'm working on is quite a bit more intense, which involves mining, smithing, making pots, ect. I actually need a better way to get a lantadyme then killing chaos druids. ((seriously, if anyone has ideas about this please post, its driving me nuts))

It was a glitch that happened when wgs came out. Its because you go in the warrior's guild as a requirement, and there was an glitch with the att+str code, so it just said "you have the requirements" at random attack and str levels.

Separate servers, I would assume. OT: I don't think there's going to be a definitive "running 1 F2P server costs exactly £*** with £*** net profit" from Jagex. What's been posted here is about as much as is known. Especially since they have server's all over the world. Its more expensive to pay someone upkeep/maintenance in the US then say, Mexico. It would be hard to say the profit on a single f2p server as well. Seeing as they probably make a lot more money off using a free server as an advertisement for the paid version, then they do off the actual ad revenue. I know if I was never f2p, I wouldn't be playing, and they wouldn't be getting $5/month from me. Lets see, a year and a half of membership is ~$90, say 30% gets taken away in taxes and fees, thats about $60 they've grossed off me. And since I wouldn't be paying them that money if f2p servers had not existed, you could almost say that they generated that revenue off f2p.

why should prayer be ruled out? it is f2p, it is a skill, and they are using it. i see no problem. in that case rule out attack and str because it makes things to simple. this is suppose to be a challenge -.- i think prayer is not allow, and explorer ring should also be ruled out because u have to start from the BEGINING ! Explorer's ring I'm having second thoughts about. Prayer is allowed for the f2p challenges, just not the "hardcore" variation I added.

I've stolen thousands of gold from knights, and town guards, let alone thugs and bandits who actually deserve it. I've also probably put some of the merchants out of business, and prevented many master farmers from being able to plant crops. You're every day commoner isn't safe either, I had to practice stealing from somebody. I also go hunt down many creatures, just because some guy asks me too. Sure maybe demons and dragons could be seen as evil and thus deserving of this punishment, but one time I was asked to kill dogs. Not any dog in specific, I just had to go randomly kill dogs. Then there is the environmental aspect. I frequently chop down lots and lots of trees. Now if I was doing something practical, that would be ok, but most of the time I just set them on fire. Not to mention I waste precious resources like iron ore, by just dumping them on the ground. I also hunt small furry animals for sport, I keep them alive for weeks, only for them to see their true fate of being thrown into a fiery explosive death. And that's nothing, out of sheer bordem, I've killed hundreds of innocent civilians, looting their corpses and leaving the body there to rot, because I'm to lazy to give them a proper burial. And that's me, there are millions of other people doing these things and worse, though we are proclaimed to be "heroes".

If rest allows you to restore hp faster as well, it might have some good uses, and the only way I can see bards being useful, is if you could surpass 100 energy with them. I could see sitting down for 10-15 secs being worthwhile in some situations if i came out of it with like 400 energy.

Pretty good, though if I where you, i'd get the 4 con lvs to give you 60+ stats.

What weapon are you using? I think that Zanik's crossbow would be the best option. Good damage, very quick to get. 6K cash should be enough for everything. I've actually been using melee, and using a addy hasta (best stab wep i can make with 1 addy bar) I never thought of using zanik's crossbow, that could cut some serious time off. -goes to do it- White Wolf Mountain crossbow shop is probably to best place to get materials for addy crossbow, which you could swap for Zanik's crossbow. But what would be the quickest way to get cash for the materials? :| Only about 6k is needed though... I'm testing ideas atm. I havn't done a run yet with ranged, but I'm contemplating the use of bone bolts vs broad vs iron.
