Ehh..? He means in general, people who scam and cheat openly do it on noob accounts on f2p, because whats the point of paying 5 dollars to get banned. There are nice people on f2p also, just as many as p2p, but free is over-run with the low level accounts of people trying to cause trouble. you couldnt be more wrong. theres heaps of idiots who pay the $5 for p2p and advertise scam sites, try pull scams by themselves/with friends. sure there aren't as many as there are on f2p but its not a dramatic difference

sending messages to people offline is really handy, as well as being able to have conversations while appearing offline. Keep in mind people using earlier versions still receive the offline messages you send them, it's worth checking out.
