its best used during agili, farm loops, abyss rc, and things that require alot of running around, i got it the day the quest came out and so far have gotten 3071 tasks like fletching, slayer, hunting, herblore which requires you to just be camping some where its bascily useless

if you dont complwr royal trouble, dont bother doing it, and no you dont have to keep 100% you will not notice the difference between 95-100% when mananging the coffier max is 7.5m, but there is no difference between 7.5m and 750k, they will still only take 75k, so its best to put in like 1275000 and just leave it for a week, and then get 100% and re-stock 525k

i believe its becasue people actully have to work on it a couple times a day, and have to actully want to level it, its that extra 15mins every couple of hours which will help you rasie the level fast, if you dont then its pretty hard to level it

i have found that i enjoy all skills pretty much equally except hunting...i despise hunting

they are 5k for the new book, lossing and getting back is free

you can also have more then 1 shield and bow, i have 3 bows and a shield
