The sun would look much better if it was not textured. You need more frames on the sun part, its far too jerky.

Well I tried it out because I didnt believe you, frankly, and I think it looks fine. The reason it didnt look good was simply because your highlight colour was too bright.

Ok, well the pool really doesnt look right, it needs to be in the same perspective as the arches. Being the lazy git that I am, if I were you I would make the pool a rectangle for ease of drawing. You say you've finished the stones? You should dither them, and perhaps add a shadow tone too.
