Everybody steals ideas from somewhere else, even if it's only small parts of it. I reckon that red paper clip guy can't take full credit for what he did as im sure he got inspiration from seeing something else. I had a look on that guys site and on one of the pages it said 'Copy Cats Are Cool Cats' As for flaming him for doing this, so what, RS is a game and its a fun challenge. Lighten up and just wish him good luck.

i don't understand why some people are suggesting jagex making dharock hitting through prayer too, it was said from the start what veracs special abilities were, they just didn't implement them properly so stop acting as though jagex has gone insane and are trying to make barrows impossible #-o good fix imo, they had to do it really, or just remove the ability to hit through prayer all together

this is a strange but fun idea but you have to remember at a lower level you didn't need teleport to do certain things, like you wouldn't see a lvl 20 doing barrows... i think this would only really work if you did lower level activities too, maybe you could fish some shrimp or walk around varrock asking for 58 gp... p.s sorry if the last part of this post sounds kind of sarcy, but it is kind of true

What's with the sudden prices surges? do the merchants know something we don't, some people think the prices are surging before theres a crash or something, others just use the old saying 'rares only get rarer' i checked the price of blues not too long ago (not really into rares so was a few weeks ago i think) when they were around the 230mil mark... now they are 550mil :shock: anyone care to explain and is it worth investing in rares now or is something bad going to happen which could cause the biggest catastrophy in the RS economy?

gratz on finishing dt, deffinatly one of the hardest quests on RS, ancients are worth it though you do know you didn't need to finish it to get to dusties though right? nice progress so far, should have 90 before the summers up

yeh i'm lucky as i live in the UK and i find between 10am-2pm GMT are the best times as i've found i rarely lose a game as most people go for portals or protect the knight and very few stand doing nothing after they hit 50 (i think 10am-2pm GMT is 4am-8am eastern america, not sure though) however later on, i find PC on 78 swarmed with low lvl's and pures who only attack monsters at the gates and do nothing more, they have no tactics about what they do and do nothing to help secure the win... i kno that they are not able to win without the higher players gettin the portals but it annoys me how everyone loses out because they want easy xp or rewards from the points, to be honest i think they should raise the required level to 70 at least

yeh i wouldn't mind doing this, im gettin pretty tired of goin to 78 to find half my team are pures who just stand around attacking ravagers or lvl 70 and below who struggle to hit 50 on low level monsters in 2-4 minutes :x the hours that you posted though don't really suit my needs very well as i play quite a lot on sundays and less during the week

i had and completed the exact same goal, dont think you will need 50k knives tho, 40k maybe... i used 38k roughly from lvl 79 i got a chain down there and have also finished DT after getting 90 range =P GL, it gets a bit dull after a while and if you get a chain you will probly lose your motivation for a while, i did but got there eventually

You may be determined to get to 99 off ess but its a pretty ridiculous goal, its been 6 months and your just over a 13th of the way there, now don't get me wrong that is impressive but times 6months by 12 and you will be done, thats 6 years :-s i'd just sell all that ess you have now for quite a nice amount of money and work on some other skills with it or rc the normal ess into airs and sell them... will make a lot more cash that way P.S im aware you havent been doing much for a while but who's to say you won't take breaks in the future...

i dont think he means he has rl money to spend? btw, it happened to me a couple times earlier, kept losing connection, worked fine later on though

Ok so the last few days my PC has been freezing and restarting whilst playing runescape, never happened before... So i do a virus scan and hey presto i have one, turns out its an archived file in my Java folder, I get rid of it and then start playing again, same problem. Next i reinstall Java completely to see if this helps but still it keeps freezing. Now though i cant even load of RS, i select my usualy world, 27, and then my web browser just closes. I've done another virus check and my PC is clean so i don't know what the problem is and i dont even know where this virus came from as i haven't accepted anything dodgy looking or been on any sites which i don't trust. Can anyone help me?

Have u ever read the rules? Bug abuse isn't tolerated, if you find one you should be mature enough just to report it. With a game that's always changing you can't blame jagex for a few bugs here and there so lay off them and if it's such a cr*p game why are you saying it would make your day to steal pixels, are you really that much of a loser? Lastly it was durials choice to abuse the bug when the rules say he shouln't of so he made the choice to break the rules so therefore he should be banned without question.

Anyone who abused the glitch should be banned. Anyone who died wearing valuables are unlucky but a rollback should not occur as it didn't affect the majority. If JAGEX can track down who really died and give them back their valuables i think it should be done. Cursed You is not really to blame for this so I don't think he should be punished.

nice estimate, thats a lot of money :shock: but there is also the servents prices too, ive bin having to pay mine like 4-7 times a day cuz ive been using him to get my logs sawn and at 5k a pop (for the butler) thats gonna be quite a lot too
