Went to Glastonbury Festival, and Download Festival in June, those were the only festivals i did. Missed out on tickets to Reading unfortunately. Other than that, saw Trivium (With Still Remains and 3 Inches of Blood), Oasis (with The Zutons and some other bands i can't remember the names of), and i'm seeing The Fun Lovin' Criminals on the 20th of September. Might also get tickets to see Lamb of God & Devildriver in December.

Same pickups i have in my Washburn, sounds awesome :D Strange that you have the RG570 too, that's the guitar i would have bought if i didn't get the Washburn. I've always wanted an Ibanez, but now i'm too skint to afford one.

If you can whistle without using fingers you should be able to whistle with fingers. All the fingers do is create a 'shape' for the air to travel through, which produces a sound. Like Rick said, it's really tril and error. The way i do it is to use the thumb and middle finger on my right hand, some people use 2 index fingers...... meh.

Not sure about the price but the rest is right. I bought 1 probably 2 years ago, don't really use it much anymore though... come to think of it i don't really use my ps2 much apart from watching DVD's or playing pro evo soccer against my mates.

I'm not usually one to start threads but i'm bored as hell. If you play an instrument, post pictures of it and any associated equipment you might have. Don't post pictures of yourself with them though, we all know it's not allowed. Anyway... Guitar on the right is an Epiphone Les Paul Special II - my first guitar, nothing amazing here. Black guitar is a Washburn X40 pro. Bought this about 6 months ago and i love it. I use it for dropped tunings because the pickups sound awesome with distortion. Pedals are a Boss DS2, and Boss CH1 (distortion and chorus respectively). I also have a Dunlop Crybaby From Hell, but i'm thinking of selling it so it's boxed up at the mo. Amp is a Line6 Spider II. 75 watts, built in effects, really good value for money. That's it from me, so post yours.

Yeah ok.... To me, a chav isn't someone in a tracksuit who drives a crappy excuse for a souped up car, it's the mentality that makes a chav. I know quite a few people who at a glance might fit the bill, but are actually nice people who live as normally as anyone else.

A theory that i sometimes ponder is that the life i'm experiencing now is actually part of a dream for the 'actual' life i'm living. I don't believe that theory, but i just think it would be pretty cool if death meant nothing more than waking up from a sleep, living a day, then falling asleep and starting a new 'life'. Yeah, i know that sounds wierd.

Yeah, but you play tablature right? although its music, i guess that would be considered memorizing whereas the music Brindar is talking about is creative :) Correct me if i'm wrong though :) Nah you're probably right. I play a lot of tabs to learn songs, but i play some stuff by ear too. How about singing, does that count as being a musician? :P
