I don't know but reading through some of the earlier replies, it looks like people got the RC rock rather quickly by crafting one essence at a time (adding to the believe that it works with # crafts). I however, did not do that and it took me 59,400 xp to get my first rc rock and 28,350 xp to get my second D:

It seems unnecessary to me. Jagex said they did it because it is discouraging for new players to hit a lot of 0s and 1s. By multiplying constitution by 10 to get life points, new players would get to hit bigger numbers which should make them feel good.. but by doing that, they also receive 10x as much damage so wouldn't that just put them right back to square 1? >_< I don't mind them separating health points from the skill itself, but I feel like the whole multiply by 10 thing is silly.

I agree! It went by a lot faster than I anticipated :) I'm thinking of having a party next week ;o (see below for details) Sorry but if you don't like the skill, there's nothing I can do for you :P I've done all my runecrafting by crafting nature runes.. since level 50 or something! I haven't gotten my baby red dragon yet because I haven't decided if I want to make that last room another oubliette with a fire pit or not lol (it's just a regular junction atm). But I have the money for it so it's not like I'm being held back. But I got my third hellhound! Weee! And bless my amazing boyfriend for making that possible sooner than expected! My herbs weren't selling on the GE so I was going to have to runecraft some more, but then he offered to buy them from me <3: <3: Anywya, I'm thinking of having a party to celebrate. I'm thinking next Friday (what is that - March 12th?) at around 4pm PST (GMT -8). Which is actually 12am March 13th GMT (right...? XD). What do you guys think? :^_^: Made 10k nats last night. Hopefully I will finish my POH today! Just one more hellhound to go (and that baby red). Also I got one runecrafting rock yesterday. It took 13.2k nats (6.6k essence) to get! :|

I also made a few adjustments to my layout (well one). I looked at my house and realized that treasure rooms excluded, my house was almost 100% hellhounds and troll guards >_< Although it is tempting to just stick with the two "best" monsters, I like variety. So I'm thinking of putting in a baby red dragon -

Proven false, Windows 7 had far fewer bugs than Snow Leopard had when they got out. Yeah WHEN THEY GOT OUT. I haven't used Windows 7 but Snow Leopard now runs flawlessly. So now I'm sure Mac is either back on top or they're at least equal.

In my last two paintings, I took a lot of creative liberties. Although they were loosely based on RuneScape (more so the first than the second), neither of them really screamed RuneScape fan art.. this one, however, does! :lol: Same stuff as usual - Original file size: 3750x3000 pixels Time taken: ~12 hours Tools: PhotoShop CS2 + Intuos4 I'm finally done with my ~40 hour art assignment! I FEEL LIKE I CAN BREATHE AGAIN!

:lol: Thanks :P I can't make it through my own dungeon due to a lack of armour/weapons, hahah. ---------------------------- I have such little motivation to work on this third picture. I'm just so burnt out from drawing :( The only parts that I really enjoyed were the cobwebs and glowy/lightning stuff.. and I probably went overboard on all of them haha. I would LOVE to make the Zamorak symbol and parts of the spine gold but I don't know if I'll be able to :( The only way I can think of to do that would be to hot stamp it and I need a special machine/press for that, the cheapest of which is like $200 :( Two more books would be suicide! Over 20-25 hours of work!! But yes, they will be made because I'm crazy enough to do it! I already have the leather on order! But I cannot start those books for 2-3 weeks because I need to go home to dye the pages and I'm not going home until after my final exams. Hawkxs - do you have any suggestions for end pages? ..well mostly ;) Tip.it is FINALLY back up and running so I can actually post the update that should have been posted last night!! The cover is essentially completed. The cover is not yet attached to the actual pages because I have yet to pick out and prepare some end sheets (pages for the inside covers). That being said, let's look at some photos! Naked cover this time! And after the leather was put on (I stuck the pages inside the cover to make it look like they're attached, but they're actually not): Some things of note: The corner decorations are not glued down. I wanted to get the approval of my readers first! They're nice right? If not, other suggestions? Also, the cord that you see in the photos was one I was thinking of using for the bookmark (it's not attached) but I changed my mind as I don't want it to warp the pages. So I'm still hunting for a good, FLAT bookmark material. What are your thoughts on this? I could use some black suede, a ribbon of sorts (if so, what colour?), etc. As for the end sheets, I just had an idea. I'm thinking of creating my own marbled paper. I would first dye the pages like I dyed the pages of the book and then I would "marble it" (is that a phrase?) so it's black and red. Good idea? I'm also still thinking of adding closures but I can't decide. I'm honestly terrified of making it look bad LOL! The fact that this project is nearing its end is having me wanting to continue and make Saradomin and Guthix books!

It was just a minor change but I think it looks better - what do you think? And what do you mean have I "drawed everything by the picture?" Do you mean did I draw everything in the picture? If so, yes :o ------------------- I edited the final painting into the blog entry.
