Thread cleaned. Hopefully I got everything but I am in a bit of a hurry. You can't expect someone new to pixel art to create a masterpiece. Obviously someone's first pixel is not going to be an incredible professional work of art, but the only way to help them improve is to provide detailed constructive criticism and maybe link them to a few guides. Saying comments like "nothing special" doesn't help at all. And then insulting people who make those comments doesn't help either ;) Try to be nice guys.

Can't call someone an idiot without getting muted.. good way to keep to your words.. I'm sure the CEO isn't personally out there muting people ;) And if were going to adjust the guidelines for muting/banning at all (which they never said that they were), I'm sure it would take some time to figure that out. He did say that they "are currently working on reviewing and amending any content [they[ feel is too kid-focused." There's no reason for you to get upset because it hasn't happened over night. And I do agree with what a few people said: that it's kind of silly to claim that there's a "mass muting" going on just because one or two people have been muted.

While you have a nice concept, I don't think that the render works well with the background. The render seems more like a sketchy drawing (the lines seem very pixellated and not very smooth), but in contrast, the background is very smooth. I think I would have expected more of a grungy style background to go with the sketch-like render. But maybe that's just me :ohnoes: I just think that they just seem too different.

I split off the previous posts related to this topic and merged them all together for ease of reading and organization.

I was referring to you openly admitting that you would ban evade if you did get banned for it. I'm sure you wouldn't get banned, but ban evading IS explicitly against our rules and is laid out in the Tip.it Forum Rules. And again, there is no reason for you to stare at a refresh screen. Any problem that you have with this, you're really bringing upon yourself. If you want to be stubborn and refresh every 2 seconds when you don't need to, that's your problem. But since it's not something that is necessary, then there is in fact no need to create a script that would refresh the page for you. You're just being lazy and refuse to change your ways, even though it would benefit you. Now I'm done with this conversation. And if you want to continue it, I'd at least recommend making a new thread for it since this one is about inconsistent policies and not page-refreshing scripts.
