I think it's great that they're fixing up minor/old things. Sometimes if you release a lot of new content, you forget about fixing the old parts of the game, which can oftentimes become some of the best updates.

Someone could get 99 smithing by mining every single ore that they would need. They would spend months, or even years, accomplishing this. Or they could buy the ore, get smithing in half the time, and then spend the extra months making even more money than they started out with. Same goes for just about any skill. As Ks631Pistons said, the more time you save, the more time you have to make more money. In RuneScape, the fastest method to train a skill is usually the most expensive. But it is also usually the most efficient and reasonable way to train the skill.

I'd say that it would typically fall under "spamming," which is against the rules. But for a more official answer, I would recommend that you PM a moderator or administrator.

As for the dragon platebody: with any updates, you usually find more complainers than praisers, even if majority of the users like the update. Why? Because when someone dislikes something, they usually feel the need to present their case and explain why. But if someone likes something, they don't really have a reason to make a post about it or share their opinion with the whole community. And while the RuneScape music can be good, it gets repetitive very quickly. I would also prefer to listen to my own music.

Never!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Haha funny how that turned out :lol: -------------------- Well I had a blast yesterday. I went to the beach with my family (you can check out some pics at http://cazzyae.deviantart.com ). Then we mostly just hung around the house, had a great dinner, played cards, looked at my photos, watched the ball drop and then I fell asleep watching a movie. It was a ton of fun! I bought 10 magic stones the other day. Only 15 more to go! I also bought 20k pure essence, bringing my total up to about 37k. Now I have 3m gp left and 3k nats and counting! Happy New Year everyone!!!!

Happy New Year! :D I had a blast today. My family and I drove up to Pescadero, California, which was about an hour drive. We had some fun on the beach :) Tonight my half sister and brother in law are fixing us dinner, we're going to look at some photos I took, and then I'll probably watch a movie. If you reread my post, you'll notice that I said: I think that Bella's desire for sex in the fourth book is absolutely pathetic. I was disgusted when I read it. She made up all these lies about wanting to remain human longer for the sake of sex. The author basically spent three books telling us that what Bella wants more than anything is to become a vampire so she can be with Edward forever.. then that's all blown away in the fourth book when sex suddenly becomes more important. I find that to be pathetic. I never said it was acceptable.

It was fun while it lasted, but I felt like I couldn't set any goals for myself since everything is so easily obtained. I definitely have noticed the changes in the game. Some are for the better and others for the worse.. we'll see! --------------------------------------- So I made about 5k nats today and am now up to 12.6m with about 2k gems on the GE which will earn me another 1.5m. The next few days will be pretty busy for me in 'real life,' so I'll probably be sticking to ~5k nats a day. My relatives are staying with us for three days so we'll be going out to dinner almost every night and doing fun things during the day (beach tomorrow!). I may make another 1-3k nats before I go to bed, but I don't want to stay up too late because like I said, we are going to the beach tomorrow :) I also put up an offer for 10 magic stones at minimum price on the GE. I figure if I can somehow manage to buy stones on the GE for the minimum price, I will save myself a couple million gp, which would be great :) So I'll probably just hope to buy them as I go. I think you're exaggerating this whole 'abuse' thing. Edward does not ABUSE her. Accidently hurt her? Yes. The important thing is that he doesn't do it intentionally and he doesn't like doing it. Yes I think that Bella's sex drive in the fourth book is pretty pathetic. But if you're going to blame someone for that, blame Bella, not Edward. Who's the one with the sex obsession? Bella. She's the one who practically forces Edward to have sex with her on multiple accounts. Edward doesn't TRY to hurt her.

I don't know how many of you remember me, but I was an avid RuneScape player a few years ago. My blog set sail on October 8, 2006 with my goal of 99 thieving. It took me about two weeks to get from 81-99, and after that, I began training construction, which quickly became my favourite skill in RuneScape, and still is. When I reached level 93 and was able to build every piece of furniture, I struggled with a decision: should I continue on to 99 or work on completing my house? I finally chose to continue on to 99. Along the way I did upgrade my house here and there, but it still remains incomplete. Somewhere in the high 90s, I set a record on RuneMonkey for the most construction experience gained in one day: a little over 2,000,000. I held the record for several weeks before I was outdone. After achieving 99 construction and a house that I was temporarily satisfied with, I decided to move on, and so 99 prayer became my next goal, one that I have still not completed. I started at level 84 and made it to level 91 (in 11 days) before it drove me insane half way through December of 2006, and so I took my first serious break from RuneScape. This break lasted until May of 2006. When I returned in May, I decided that I could not continue with prayer, in fear that it would drive me away from the game yet again. First, I achieved 91 runecrafting, since I was only around 200k xp away. In those few days of runecrafting, I decided that 99 herblore would become my next project. I was always intrigued by the skill and liked the idea of acquiring another difficult and expensive 99. Herblore took a little over a month from level 84 to 99. Upon reaching 99, my interest in RuneScape began to slowly fade again, because I had completed almost all of my favourite skills and there were not many left that I truly enjoyed. I finally decided on farming. From June 25 to July 17 I went from 77 - 86 farming. I was enjoying myself, but still felt my interest waning. I was getting tired of runecrafting almost all day to fund farming, which only required about an hour of work per day. I finally decided to go on yet another break. This break has lasted over a year and finally, today, I felt a desire to go on RuneScape. As I logged in, I felt my old excitement and desire to complete my goals return. I am still unsure how long I will be staying. Things have changed so much over the past year and I have a lot to learn. It is very possible that my interest will not hold out for long, but I do plan on sticking to it until I get bored once again. And then there's always the possibility that my first semester grades are terrible and that I'll be grounded once they arrive in the mail in a few weeks ;) But we'll see. I'm almost positive that I will be spending most of my time runecrafting to fund the house remodel that I had planned before I went on my break. I will be farming every day but I will not be buying any seeds. I do have a couple hundred dwarf-weed and toadflax herb seeds that I will be using, and a few tree/fruit tree seeds stocked up. But my first focus will be my house. I have been without a Demonic Throne for too long ;) If you are an old supporter of mine, thank you for coming to check out my blog once again! [*:3vacnyx6]My summoning, which I've heard can be used for runecrafting, is like level 10 or less. If raising my level would benefit my runecrafting, please suggest the appropriate level to level to and the most efficient way to do so. My questions to you are: [*:3vacnyx6]Is runecrafting still a good source of income? Is the best/fastest way to make money still with nature runes through the abyss? If not, what has changed? [*:3vacnyx6]What is the fastest way to level runecrafting SOLO (with no runners)? What rune is the best to craft and what is the best way to craft that rune? Thanks :)
