Well one thing is that alot of players are f2p. They do not have acess to those many member skills. That is why there are less in those skills. The reason why with range and mage being so low is that you can train melee almost anywhere so it is alot easier to get that higher compared to those two. Also there are f2p'ers that factor that too. Too many factors to find out the least used skill with ranking. Just take a random poll for better results.

I have not had this done to me yet. I get a grey screen some times. It is lag for me. Weird I guess. Lag would be my guess for me but not sure for you.

I just normal log out but sometimes by accident, I hit the X button. I just fear the next time I come on I am fine. It is a scary thought to thinks what happens to you.

I examine alot when I am bored, not a habit. My habit would be adjusting my inventory. It gets on my case if it is all bunched up and no organization.

Well great tidbit about a castle wars game but no offense, but why does everyone want to post their own story? I know this is a disscusion on kill counts at castle wars so it goes. On topic: I personally never get that high, maybe you were just lucky.
