Same question as me. Alas, I use Chrome, but that does sporadically happen to me as well which I just hard refresh it. I put the blame as long download time and it just gave up and gave me that instead/

There are a few Do It Yourself (DIY) players. I think there is a blog here or there on these forums. You could read up on them and cheer them on. :)

This would be better suited for Help and Advice. So I moved it there. Secondly, you don't have to be on Runescape. There are plenty of things you can do outside. Grab some friends and get a game of baseball going or toss a frisbee around. If you're looking to stay online, useing the forums to talk and socialize is always a possibility. Find a forum that best suits your personality and have some fun. :)

I don't think the discussion value is in how one conveys his or her thoughts, but rather what those thoughts convey. Not all topics are aimed at the whole population of Tip.it. Off topic suits those who prefer off-topic discussions. General Discussion of Runescape is meant for the discussion of Runescape which this is where it belongs. General does not mean "general words used for communication" but rather the variety of topics that can be found here. Now if you feel like the author purposely wrote in such a way for people to not understand, that's a personal feeling and does not provide anything worthwhile of discussion to this topic and should had been PM'd to the author. Please, discuss the topic at hand, not how the author communicates.

Guys, get back on topic of posting RS Screenshots, videos, and sounds (never understood the sound one much). Don't make me go Mace Windu on ya'll.
