so here are my question: 1. what kinds of attack does they use? Both melee and ice-breath? (means - is their attack method similar to dragons?). How much is their max hit with both? (considering I will wield elemental shield). melee is the breath, their magic attack is their jump shot 2. How can I block the breath? anti-magic prayer or somthing else? anti-melee 3. Are they capable to drain my stats with their breath? no, just frozen and get big hits 4. How accurate is their melee attacks? comparing, let's see... to bronze dragons or kalphite guardians (both close to lv140). no idea

there are other rules to ban cheater...erm autoers, i cant think of any ideas how making two account and transfer stuff you earn from proper way has anything to do with cheat... i mean unfair advantages?

no, it is possible, i got almost all music unlocked and i play at low detail most of the time. i had proof this before already, i went into kbd never in high detail and i got all the attack* unlocked. see my midi pack if you dont believe me

well it does... eventually, at least i know some real life friends that got caught by this rule, saying they are mutiple login, jagex thought it is a "he" not "they". but as long as you dont trade with each other with "absoultly nothing" on one side, the chance is still minimal. or at least, myself has not yet ban by that rule. all we want is a permantant cure, either jagex took more deapth on reviewing whileing enforcing this rule or completely get rid of this "meaningless" rule. so the change of getting innocent banned reduce to 0%

there are other rules against cheating and autoing scums already; thats why this rule seems pointless and fired to innocents which they are not intent to be aimed at. hope you see my point. ironically, rule 8 contains both multiple logging and account sharing, thats why it seems to be confusing . this has doubled what rule 6 has written. read thorough the rule, you would find out that it would also ban you even you are using different computer to login the accounts, and it did happened (usually caughted by "absolutly nothing" trades). the banning though mostly happens on computers under LAN, which shares the same ip, whom might be just brothers and sisters... this also alas, happened alot around. mind you that, there is rule 7 that authorise power to ban autoers and bots. think about that also, do trading accross accounts gives any unfair advantage of gaining exp?

if it is edited, it is fake, you cant really press 18 buttons at 3 seconds... (1 seconds i think most you can do is 2-3 buttons) and no, it is not lag at all...

rule 8 was intend to stop people opening 10 account and do stuff 10x faster, but they are strangely incoprate "account interact" into it which completely meaningless too overwheming...

totally aggree, jagex is strangely hostile to tip.it... rule 8 is indeed the evil one... i dont know what to say about it....

this is a petition to either completely abolish rule 8 or urge jagex to make a closer look when engaging the rule whilst banning people. i was shocked when seeing even famous are being caught by this jail bait now! Rule 8 is a rule against "multiple logins", which look like this: Rule 8 was made by jagex to counter scammings or autoers transporting their "goods" to their main account or opening a new account for more bank place (known as mule) Rule 8 bans multiple account running under a same computer or under a same ip as well as single direction trading (one side gives absolutely nothing) however the fact is: a wide range of honest and innocent players are being affected by this rule and got banned permanently or black marked. these players either are: 1) internet users running under internet connection sharing or local area network which has the same ip (family, school, internet cafe, workplace situation or the whole building has its own LAN) 2) school gamer or real life friends (they usually give or borrowing things free often) 3) os emulator users (soneone less affordable and need to share a single computer) 4) a really nice guy (someone who give out free stuffs often using trade windows) in fact, rule 8 is pointless, the anti-marco (rule 7) and anti-scamming (rule 4) rules which provides enough power to punish whom who play the game unfairly. Watching a noob wearing party hat wielding an obsidian cape or a pure using expensive stuff does not seems any extra unfair advantages to us, they just yet another fruits of hard work. i personally would rather endure to see more noobs in their expensive gears rather to see people being banned by this rule innocently and myself entering the waiting list of going to be banned by this rule 8... please and welcome to express your views on either you support me or not, thanks
