Now we need the factors of 28 that add up to 11. These happen to be 7 and 4. (x(sq)+4x)(x+7) (x(sq)+7x)(x+4) Are both correct answers.

earth strike if you are lazy. curse training requires a lot of clicking.

For cures training you try to get your mage attack bonus as low as posible. You do this by wearing a full set of metal armor and a kite shield. (anything bronze-rune works) Then just go find a monster and curse it to your heart's content
