Watchtower has less people in it and it probably closer if you cant use the shortcut in taverly dungeon.

Range, hally, or mage him from behind the fence. Do not pray, instead bring sharks and eat every two hits. If you pray he will teleport to the side of the fence you are on, so it's just easier to keep him on one side.

If you have access to the legends guild the Ardougne East mine is nice. Otherwise I'd say Varrock East mines

The white and gold mystic cannot be bought from stores. It drops off the slayer monsters in the Slayer Dungeon in Relleka.

Yup, kill a zombie for an axe and chop the tree again. The spirit will not attack you again.

I see 170 - 200 per ore. 170 being from those selling in small amounts (less than 500) 200 being from those selling in bulk (more than 2000)

It took me 89 runs to get anything. Don't expect too much from 3 runs.

You get them as a reward from obtaining the fourth floor reward in the security stronghold. EDIT: The reward comes from the "Cradle of Life". You search it to obtain the boots.

Catablepons are located on the 3rd floor of the sercurity stronghold. The security stronghold is located in the center of Barbarian village; climb down the ladder to enter it.

I prefer Runescape addiction over my past SOCOM addiction. I gave the game a nickname of SOCRACK. I quit Runescape 3 years ago cold turkey. Trust me you will come back after about a year or so. Anyway, good luck in real life.

I'll sign a million times, but no matter how many signatures this petion has, jagex will never change the whip special back. -
Get an inventory full of dueling rings and teleport to the castle wars arena over and over until someone asks me what I'm doing. You get some rather odd reactions.

Staking, less risk , or at least in my case. Plus, I hate pkers trying to kill me when im training agility or runecrfating. Most annoying thing in the world.
