Smelt the Iron Ore into a Bar using a furnace. (there is a 50% success rate unless using a ring of forging). Use the Iron bar on an anvil (with a hammer in your inventory) and select to smith an Iron Spit.

You could start out by doing Lost City Quest and the Hero's Quest. Gives you access to several dragon weapons.

Shadowmeld: as a hunter you trap a flag in wsg and shadowmeld in the corner with a prowling pet cat. Quickness: 1% dodge, it isn't much...but whatever Nature Resistance: This was a massive plus for the shield on hunters/rogues/warriors for huhuran. Wisp: wiping constantly and having to run back to your corpse, believe me, when you get to your corpse you get a 2 minute afk that no other race gets. They aren't all bad...The only reason I'm alliance now is for the easy mode fearward/paladins that Horde didn't have two years ago.

Where you start the Rag and Bone Man quest. Head toward the Priest in Peril temple and there will be a small fork that heads north. There you can mine limestone.

im f2p and btw i hate to train in the stronghold of security i would like to know if i will hit often on ice giants Doubt it. Someone would probably steal your arrows before you killed the giant with 40 ranged anyway.
