Nobody has mentioned this, but you can go clean firetrucks at your local fire station. Firemen are rather friendly.

If you plan on leveling cooking and fishing at the same time do monkfish. Reason being, you will spend tons and tons of time cooking those thousands upon thousands of trout and salmon, where as you will only have to cook a fraction of that in monkfish for 99 cooking. Overall it would be faster in both skills. Cut willows at Barbarian Assault or in Draynor for 99 woodcutting. Burn willows/maples/yews for 99 firemaking, dependant on your budget. Fletch Willow Long (u) until you are 70 fletching. Fletch Yew Longbows until you are 99 fletching.

You could use rings of dueling. However, most people that are hardcore runecrafters generally have 50+ glories.

Basilisks drop them rather frequently. However, ruencrafting is the best way to get them.
