Sorry if this has been mentioned already, but I searched and nothing came up. For the last few weeks, there would occasionally be a blue dot on my minimap. This dot was once a person on my friends list, and another time was a stranger who I had never met. Does anyone else see this phenomenon? And do they know what the blue represents?

You can, as I train there atm without one, and have seen a few (but not many) there also. It is not multi, and the rats/spiders tend to waste peoples cballs from what I've seen. Any more options would be appreciated :)

I have 84 range (soon to be 85), 2 defense and am P2P. I am contemplating buying a cannon and blasting away for some quicker experience. My question is: Where are the best places to use a cannon as a pure for a) experience and B) drops. It would be best to make a profit (or less of a loss) from the cost of cballs. If you can advise which places are multi when answering would be helpful. Cheers Nicealcoolj :)

Advantage of a skill pure is that you can mine rune ore at combat 3 in deep wildy without being caught by the high level teams and thatÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s about all really! You can have bragging rights if you have a 99 skill at 3 combat, but be prepared for a heap of autoing reports coming your way. Pking pures are a different story altogether ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ IÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ve posted about this on your other topic tho.

If you're cheap - begin again - train mage to 45+ and have some fun. Runes aren't that expensive, and you should be able to sustain your pking habit through that. Pking ith your main is going to be very expensive (losing full rune often), and with your stats - not very successfull unless you are in a large group.

Upgrading a crafting table (1) to crafting table (2) using molten glass will gain you exactly 1 exp point in construction :) Hope that helps.

As stated previously, edge zombies - these are #1 on my list atm. #2 would be flesh crawlers in the SS. #3 would be deadly red spiders on karamja ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ if you have decent fishing/cooking you can train there forever without ever banking.

It is a mass error on JagexÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s behalf. When someone gets a ban, they have always been told why. I.e. You broke rule #1 etc, and you have 1 appeal opportunity. There was an update about 12 hours ago, apparently only affecting F2P servers, with no note from Jagex what is was for. Perhaps they are in the throes of fixing it, hoping to mass undo the botch-up, rather than do it on individual cases. I do agree, that Jagex needs to put out a statement to the effect of what is happening. I only hope they get this sorted quickly, otherwise they will lose many long time players who contribute not only in game, but in the community as well. The forum community is vital for Jagex to recruit new players, and retain them. If a lot of experienced players leave, the community will lose out also.

I levelled to 74 range in F2P. from 50-60ish, I trained on Hill giants, but only if you can find 2 for yourself. Otherwise go to the top of Varrock palace where there are 7 guards, and shoot them across the tables. After 60 range, you can safely head down to lessers for some excellent training and you can make enough money to pay for your lost steel arrows.

Likelyhood of getting zeal at level 40 is slim on any decent world. You would benifit tho by training on rock crabs, or experiments which are much faster training areas than F2P. once your strength is around 70, pc will definately pay off.

Get 59 Mage now. Then get 70 range Then get 40 attack, 40 str keeping them equal most of the way (getting attack to 20,30 and 40 arlier will help tho), then ramp up strength to 65.

As I sadi previously, never get pray if you're going to stay F2P. better off getting those extra strength levels unless you are going to spend your entire time in low level varrock.

I'm 1 def, 81 range - and for the fastest training PC RULES! Other areas are: Rock crabs and experiments (need to get prayer exp though).

You get the right to wear one, and choose what type? Sounds to me like you are going to have to splash out some serious cash for a trimmed cape!

You should both have very similar names ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ oeaocook1e, and oreocookie for example. You should both wear identical gear in wildy and should both progress like this: Train mage to 59 using damage causing spells. Train only mage until you get 59, nothing else. Each time you both get to use the new the blast spells, go to wildy and hit hard. Once you both have 59 mage, you may as well wave bye bye to your maging days. Both train range to 40, then attack to 40, then strength to 60+ Neither of you should get any prayer ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ ever ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ unless youÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢re going to P2P pk. 1 def for lyfe too plox.

I scored ranger boots when a ranger died while I was training at Fire Giants. A quick trip to Fally and I was 1.1M richer for the experience!

Since you are a F2P pker, 59 mage is the maximum you wat to get right now, and should be your first goal. Hitting 16's at 40 combat is very handy :) If you're going to spash curse your way to 59, make up for the lost HP by training attack to 40, and strength to 60 later. Your second goal should be Range to 70 to hit 12's with addy. Always make your range goals to be the next step up in max hit. There is no point going for say 75 range, when 77 will give you 1 more hit of damage. Once you have 70 range, max out your strength for your combat level to enable the R2H KO technique. Once you are in 60 combat range, strength pures are ruling wildy. You can either keep on going with your range from here to 83 to hit 14's (15's with 26 prayer), or switch your main attack style to strength and go for 80+ in strength. Hopefully by the time you get to 70+ in any stat, you will have an idea on what suits you best. 1 tip, prolong getting prayer for as long as possible if you are going to stay f2p. Prayer is a pain to recharge in f2p, and lasts for only 1 fight.

Leave it at 2, it wont make any difference to you at the moment. Wait until you have really high strength (85+) before you even consider getting anymore def levels.

Stick with 1 def for now. get 40 and only 40 if you ever decide to upgrade to a rune pure (once you have 80+ str). the extra 10 def levels could well be an extra 10 str levels, hitting 1 or 2 higher

I wrote to Jagex a few days ago, and guess what? I got a reply today :) Dear Nicealcoolj, Thank you for contacting Jagex. The Ranged Prayers (Sharp/Hawk/Eagle Eye) all increase your range total by the set percentage. This should affect everythin related to your range skill, such as chance to hit and damage range. For example, if you had 75 range skill and used the Eagle Eye prayer (the +15% one) you would then fight using range as if you actually had a Range skill of 86! Seems like the good folk at Jagex cleared it all up for us after all!!!

There seems to be some debate about whether the new range prayers affect the max hit or not. I know that the mage prayer only affect accuracy, but do the range prayers affect your max hit AND accuracy? The tip.it prayer guide says ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¹ÃânoÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢, but some others say that they hit higher with crystal bows. Is it only crystal bows, or have F2Pers found they hit higher with maples as well?
