If you have done the prerequisite quests, I would say Pyramid Plunder, otherwise master farmers.

Your tactic should be fine, just sip your pray pot every 6 seconds or so, and you should be able to defeat him easily enough. You should only need about 5 sharks, and the rest pray pots.

After losing a heap of gear pking P2P (had fun tho ;) ), I decided to spend some more time at fire Giants to beef up my supplies. Problem is that I no longer have the amulet so cant get into the waterfall. Before you tell me to go get another one (have done the research), using the pebble does nothing. I wear nothing to the grave, use pebble on grave and it says "the pebble fites perfectly into the slot... nothing happens though" (or something along those lines) I have gone through my very ugly bank three times looking for the ammy and its gone. I thought it dissappeared when I finished the quest actually. Can anyone help me get back into the waterfall to renew my affection with the fire giants?

130 blue drags - no clue yet, though the cash I get from the hides/bones is likely to more than the clue reward, so I'm happy either way!

Does the tar run out (is it 15 uses per tar? Is the tar stackable in the arrows slot? Can anyone advise on how fast this weapon is, comparable to a scimmy? IÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢m looking forward to a max hit calculator with these suckers!!!

You will get 20k per hour at your level at PP, and 40k per hour once you reach 51 thieving. By far the best exp you can find. Look for the player made guide to maximise your experience per hour on these boards - it is really helpful.

Spin and Bank 28 bowstrings: 1 min 30 in Lumby Pick and Bank (No Spin) 28 Flax: 2 min per 28 at Seers Pick and Spin then Bank 100 bowstrings: 3 min 20 Alch. 100 items: 5 min 30 Strings 100 Bows: 4 mins Cut 100 logs to (u) bows: 6 mins Smelt 100 Cannonballs: 4 mins Make 100 Pots (With materials in the bank): 4 mins Craft 27 nats = 3:30 using glory and glider

Unless you get the scepter in a chest and get a quick 750k in one hit ;) =P~ try getting that from pick pocketing seeds.

Definately, just get the kit, a ton of sharks (100 or so), about 20 prayer pots, and you're away. Just mage the suckers and you will be fine.

Mod Ash's comments about the weekly update not being over yet would indicate that the next update (assuming it is Hunter) will be by Friday. Any update prior to that is a bonus imo.

Setting a trap and waiting for it to catch an animal is unlikely to be the extent of hunting. Ever watch Steve Irwin catch a croc? You need high agility, high strength, another team mate to help and about 10 lengths of rope (selling rope 1k ea ;) ). The possabilities are endless in the actual activities required ot catch certain animals. Most animals are caught to be killed, deer, pigs, ducks/geese etc and this requires significant stalking of the prey, and no traps whatsoever. Hopefully as you raise levels, better food than sharks will be able to be cooked from the prey. Better food than sharks caught using this skill will indeed make it a useful money earner, and all the new armour/weaps promised make this skill one I am looking forward to the most.

At your level, you will be getting around 45k exp per hour, at level 61 this will increase to around the 60k per hour range. Make sure you use the player made guide from these forums- it rocks!

It is most likely a new Hunter camo gear, otherwise Lederhosen, Mime, Zombie, Frog mask etc would also be able to be stored here. Great find!!

I tested this out from level 41 - 49 thieving, and it is slightly quicker experience than pick pocketing master farmers. I average 22k per hour experience at Pyramid Plunder vs 18-19k per hour pick pocketing the master farmer at Draynor. Not to mention of course, the chance of getting a scepter! At 51 thieving, this should increase to around 40k per hour which is far better than any other thieving method around. Thanks heaps

You will get around 22k exp per hr at pyramid plunder at your level, which is slightly better than pickpocketing master farmers. I hope you've done Feud quest which is easy and gives 15k thieving exp :)

Thieve cake stalls/silk stalls til at least 41 thieving. After that you can carry on with the silk stalls, pickpocket master farmers or go to Pyramid Plunder. I found that at 41 thieving, I could get 18k per hr from master farmers, but pyrimad plunder gets me 22k per hour. You have to have started Ictharians Little Helper quest to do it hough. At 51 thieving you should be getting around 40k exp per hour from pyrimad plunder.

Drops from killing around 5k Fire Giants = 16 scimmys, 13 half keys, 2 battleaxes, 2 rune 2handers, 1 rune square, 0 dmeds! Doesn't account for the 1k or so rune arrows, 500 bloods, and misc other junk! Other grunty monsters I've killed, including blue drags have dropped nothing of special interest to date.

Always use a power ammy. Gives you better all round bonuses than an accuracy one.

and can you buy a seed and get it recharged without doing the quest?

And you need to disable the "Withdraw All" funtion from your brain pathways.
