"HEY JIM! HAPPY NEW YEAR! WOOOOO!" (note, this is at like 1pm est) "oh I'm sorry, this is Sam. I can ask him to return your call." "The f? this the answering service?" "Yes, I'm handling the calls." "when did everything become answering service oriented? is there a real person anymore?!?!" Derp. This was like how all the calls ended, the old "since when did we become so commercialized" I personally think they're just embarrassed for calling us by the wrong name. (I do tend to say my name hurriedly, so I get called Tim/Jim/James a lot)
