Vegetarianism
We're at the top of the food chain, our technology is far more advanced than that of any other living organism, and we have the ability to [bleep] up the world on such a great magnitude. Sounds an awful lot like we have overthrown nature - for the time being at least, because you are right about the ultimate entropy thing. At the time being, humans hold the largest influence on the world. Whether it was deserved or not is another story. And also, no matter how efficient or well-planned-out we are, we're still all going to die. Of course we could elongate our stay, but you can't really blame humans for their inevitable demise. Taking an opportunity and working with it however you possibly can is a key element of humanity, and when possibility doesn't allow it, nature has taken its title back. We're not there yet. Right now we're alive and kicking. preach.

Commuting
How do you afford the payments? o.O I assume you're full time student? What would the payments be like... $400 a month? Except mine has a nice little spoiler on the back. I also have tons and tons of little"upgrades" *Non stock headlights, led's all around the inside of my car, light changing cup holders... That I never use... etc* Anyways, I'm about 5 mins to school, and 25 to my job. On my way home I take the long way, so it tends to take me an hour to get home.

Migration Issues
And in a lot of places, I mean A LOT of places in America, if you are white, you are treated like [cabbage]. Of course racism still exists, but it's not so one sided.

That's surprising - I have never seen you mention anything concerning religion on TIF except for today. And it isn't atheism I have a problem with because I'm not one for religion either. It's the fervency to talk about theology all day to convince the other side when we all know how fruitless that is. Now, theology as a philosophical debating exercise is different. This is about a religion class right? I thought the point was to teach about the beliefs and tenets of major religions so that the student knows what other people actually believe. If so, it's pretty much cultural studies. You know, so you don't go up to a Muslim and think that their entire belief system is based on blowing [cabbage] up and pissing on the American flag  No, it's just a bunch of Christian people coming up to the school, acting cool and attempting to get you religious. I've never seen any other religion come to our school. Don't be so close minded. I am being serious.

Things that annoy the HELL out of you.
Yes. (Although I do have band bumper stickers.) I don't know who finds the "funny" ones "funny." Ouch :x I'm not annoyed by anything in particular at this moment, except for ambiguous Microsoft error messages.

Migration Issues
SEEEMS LIKE WE MUST BUILD A BIGGER FENCE. edit: no one likes spam, except for poor people... So... I'm very mixed on the immigration issue, I am with it both ways. Like someone else stated, if a Chinese or (stereotype alert:) Indian Dr was more qualified to serve as my Dr, I would rather have them. But on the other side, I also think we should treat illegals very harshly, because at our unemployment rate, there are still many many jobs Americans who are here rightfully would love to have, but are taken by illegal immigrants. Also, the first sentence was a joke.

Abortion
As to the italicized part, that is incorrect, on my behalf at least. Surely you couldn't take my stance, and extrapolate that to all pro life people. As well as I believe it to be foolish to say prolife is a way to be morally superior. It's not logical to say "well if you won't do X... YOU MUST BE Y!" No. I have no comment on that last statement, as I'm not very informed in that regards to the feasibility.
-
Abortion
Well I'm content with my answer that I personally wouldn't. The attitude is the "hey, I have a question for all the pro-lifers" comes off with a verbal tone of jeering, intentional or not.

Just the christianity. No other religions have even been mentioned. They just sorta come in and talk about it for the hour, telling some [cabbage] story and then on the last sentence linking it to religion. Then they show some video and link it to religion. If I had any interest, I'd have joined you by now. Shut up, and let me do some English. This is probably the first time I've actually wanted to go to English, too. The worst part is that no-ones gonna be there, so it's just going to be me, one of my mates and a bunch of others I don't really talk to. My mate is gonna do some trolling and knit. Apparently the most ultimate form of protest. (He's a weird guy, but cool) I really want to do some hard trolling, but no-one'll be there to enjoy it with me. Apparently public schools have to have a certain amount of religion going. Our school does a little bit in our assembly, and has one of these a year to get it all done. Here in Amehrca it's the contrary, public schools are supposed to avoid anything at all relating to religion. Still, little kids say "Under God" in the pledge of allegiance every morning, but whatever. Where I live someone preaching Christianity to the class would probably be laughed out before the end of the hour. Sadface. The mere fact that someone would "laugh someone out of a classroom" is plain wrong. I mean, believe what you want to believe. I don't get this whole kick of "lets stomp out all religion asap!" (I know... Or I think I know) that that is not your opinion, but I know too many atheists like that, and it makes me sick. I HATE RELIGION but yeah, I'm exaggerating. I really can't see a teacher of religion being taken seriously though, as it is obviously so subjective that even people who identify as the same religion will have different opinions. Just a question -- Why can't a teacher teach a subjective subject? What about Women studies? Are you referring to the degree of subjectivity in other words? And I'll be straight up with it, inb4asskissing (if such term applies) I do appreciate your handling of religion, I wish more on this forum were like that.

Things that annoy the HELL out of you.
Agreed. Sometimes I'll be awake in my bed for 6-8 hours, missing my entire opportunity to fall asleep and being forced to stay up the remainder of the day like that. Or I try to go to sleep again at an absurd time. Usually it's the latter. Thats when you drink 3 four lokos, experience a brain hemorrhage, and go into a coma and sleep for a while.
