Naive

I never played WoW, so I can't relate. But on Runescape, I personally am not very into team things. I prefer to do things alone. Of course there's some exceptions, like where I just have an urge to play castlewars, or lately, the Great Orb Project :P Though I'm pretty sure if I did more things that're team based (once I get over my fear of GWD after getting roflpwnt there) I'd be happy to do them more. Sorry if that paragraph's a bit contradicting, my thoughts aren't very organized atm.

I've seen him and personally had a bit of an arguement with him. I Really don't like him, he's a complete [wagon] to *anyone* who tries to talk to him, even those just trying to be friendly. I said something and he called me a "weak minded puppy." -.- And anyone who says anything otherwise to him, he challenges them to BH. That's his solution to everything... Anyways, that out of the way, regarding the topic, I agree. The people who make fun of you for being better than them is because they're jealous that A) You're better than them, or B) That they didn't think of that way, or even C) They're just the guy in edgeville who hates the world it seems. Regardless of the reason, they're all fools, and I just ignore them. Why do I care if someone makes fun of my first 99 being str? So what if I pc'ed it a bit (before the experience was nerfed)? I used a more efficient method, and they're just jealous of it :P Use what you've got to level, get achievements, whatever. It's in Runescape to be used, not shunned.

My first time at FOG, I was only there for the music, but why not have some fun? Was completley unequipped with anything, but I still feel sorry for who I was matched up with :oops:

Before the Miami worlds were introduced (97 98 and 99) I just clicked on Choose Best Members World for Me. I think it was usually 36. Then the Miami worlds came and I used those since I live near them. Mostly used 99, then I found Tip.it, and 99 became my permanent(sp?) home world.

Hey I was going to go bandos with a group with me as the tank, but I can't find them. So I need a team to go with with me as a tank. Within this hour would be nice, I have the kc all set, just need a team.

If you still need a tank I'm ready.

I touched up the left leg of the "N" with my 5% looks nicer now. I might get into this.

I didn't know Graar refocuses if he isn't attacked by the one he's attacking, I always thought he focused on one player until he died. These are great suggestions, although I'll bring a tortoise with sharks and a ppot. Keep piling on the details though, it's all really appreciated.

The suggestion about Guthans was to get Graar's attention then just attack one of the minions to heal constantly. Is this wise? And wouldn't a loaded tortoise be better?

So I'm interested in tanking with a team. I'd like to know what an ideal setup would be with my levels (in the signature) Invo, equipment, anything would help. It was suggested to me to use guthans, which I have, but I'd still like opinions. Ignore the avatar, it lies. I have 68 summoning.

I decided randomly I wanted an achievement cape, saw that the only one possible within a week or two was quest cape (had maybe 45 undone), and went on a rampage :twisted: This was a year ago. Now I can only do one a month :cry:

As everyone else said, Slayer is the way I train my melee, though I'm holding off until I can buy another DFS to start up slayer again (22m so far, only 2m to go) with my new Bunyip (Sold my DFS to get the cash for 68 summoning)

Yeah, the spirit realm should be expanded to the whole wildy. Maybe the quest's sequel will open it up more? :pray: Then we can find more links to the living realm and the spirit realm :)

Mementh and Zybex Originally I just saw Mementh, then as I was about to take the pic Zybex appears out of nowhere :o So I got him too, even though he didn't want to :twisted: And then Mementh let me wield his hawt BGS , so I was happy :P

Spades can actually make for a viable weapon, I've heard that E-Tools in the Army were decent close combat weapons.

This could be viewed as a spoiler for anyone who hasn't finished the new Spirit of Summer quest, so if you haven't please don't read ahead. If you're still curious, hey, who am I to stop you? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [hide=The spoiler riddled theory]So after the new quest you recieve a ring (forgot the exact name of it). This ring allows you to access the spirit realm and supposedly improves revenant drops. The portals give you experience when you go through them. Of not is the portal south of the Axe Hut, which gives you Attack xp. In the spirit realm, the Axe Hut is a Ghostly Warrior hut now. Throughout the quest we find out that things in the spirit realm affect things in the real world. So my hypothesis is this. Animated axes aren't really their own entity. They are being wielded by these Ghostly Warriors in the spirit realm. I know it might be a bit far fetched, but it's an educated guess. Anyone else think this is true? Comments please. :[/hide]

If you want access to Warped Tortoises and Warped Terrorbirds you have to do Path of Glouphrie. That's all that comes to mind at the moment.

I support, but I don't see how you'd get a cape combined with the fire cape and then be able to recognize it as a fire cape. There's only one color a fire cape could be, unless you'd replace the flowing lava with flowing pattern from the combined cape...? EDIT: Nvm, I read a little further into the thread and saw you addressed my issue, quite nicely if I might add. :thumbsup:

If that was from Jagex, then we might be getting it pretty soon :shock: Then again it could be fake. You never know with the internet nowadays. Regardless, I support this idea.

Didn't it get burned by some dragon? I thought that was Tutorial Island in Runescape's homepage banner, and that the Sailing skill would let us get to it.
