Plate looks okay, with the shoulder trim, but the legs look ridiculous to me. Like someone went a little crazy with yellow electrical tape.

For equipment: Helm : Neitz helm (requires completion of a questline) > warrior/berserker helm (also requires quests) > dragon med helm Neck : amulet of glory Cape : obsidian cape Chest : barrows chest > rune plate/rock-shell plate Legs : barrows legs > rune legs gloves : RFD gloves (as far as you can get, eventually to barrows gloves) boots : dragon boots ring : warrior ring weapon : abyssal whip offhand/shield slot : rune defender (requires quests/mini-quests) > obsidian shield > rune kite You only need to get barrows chest/legs if you need the extra defence, it is fairly cheap though (including recharge costs). You could also spring for a berserker ring over a warrior ring if you like, I'd save your cash at this point though. Yeah, the above is the only way to get around it. Normally you could compare the hints you're getting to the already hefty clue database here, but I've already done a level 3 and received a new hint, so that won't work. If you get a scan orb(I think that's what it's called) hint, you definitely know you've got an elite scroll.

According to a Jmod post about which monsters drop level 4 scrolls, quite a few also drop level 3's, eg. metal dragons.

Any clue if the RoW affects Draconic Visage Drops? It most certainly does not.

The helm has a good prayer bonus, although it's not incredibly useful. I was hoping for slightly superior proselyte, I know 3A items are meant to be cosmetic, but I don't see why they couldn't have been superior to prossy by 1-2 prayer a piece. Edit: as pointed out by grimy in a separate topic, the helm is still inferior to cwars halos (didn't even cross my mind), although I guess there are very specific occassions where the incredibly expensive wreath is better

In all honesty, I don't think enough herbs were let into the game for them to dip very far, considering demand. They'll maybe crash for a few days, though it should be rather spectacular considering how many are probably in the GE for min atm.

Many of the prototool transformations are worthless efficiency-wise (harpoon, knife, pick, axe, net) even with nearly no cashflow. So I really can't see a volatile tool being worth it.

Just checked MTK, very weird. While I didn't get an amazing amount of herbs/resources, I did get noticeably higher than average loot, about a weeks worth of stuff (I last checked MTK 2 days ago). I was kind of hoping for 30m+, but hey, take what you can get. Edit: looking a little closer, it's more like 2~ weeks, I had 40 chests 5.5k tuna, 1.6k swordies, etc.

I wouldn't be surprised if that list was inaccurate, still good to see a Jmod post about it.

Mahogany tables are very fast exp. If they're too pricey for you, oak larders til 74, then oak doors all the way. Doors are also very fast. Edit : 70 -> 74 for oak doors

Ring of kinship tele is terrible, I don't know why so many people use it. The cost of using duelling rings is so tiny...

With your only other prayer bonuses being f-cape, and fury, using bandos over prossy would cost you 300ish more points per hour, praying turmoil. Not that much honestly, around 2.5 prayer pots? It is possible the prayer formula I've found is wrong, though.
