  1. Wow, I thought he was regularly buying exp to keep up his rates not saving it. Pretty damn insane.
  2. http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Photobooth
  3. What were they like? IIRC, unlike other expensive gear (GS's, bandos, etc), they started rising again in a few days.
  4. Just rebought claws for min. Hope they'll have a price curve similar to the last bonus weekend.
  5. It'd be much more beneficial to use your charms after the multiplier has run down to 1.1x, since summoning's capped there anyway.
  6. Not really, people have been doing it for years, as long as you don't physically leave your computer it's fine. 30k/hour is also horrendously slow for mage training.
  7. What date was the first weekend officially announced?
  8. +1 I dunged for a rapier and arcane stream, because I wanted them for slayer. I don't think dung is as terrible as the majority of the community says, but I don't find it very enthralling.
  9. It's 10% of the cost of the spec I believe. So a 50% claw spec becomes 45%. Edit: too slow :[
  10. The fastest way? Probably extremely high-return investments (200-250%). There was actually a good opportunity for this earlier today considering the double exp weekend, and if you can snipe some in demand resources, you could still have a chance. Herbs, herb secondaries, planks, red chins and high-demand runes are good choices, just to name a few. It's doubtful any of these will give you the returns you need for your entire goal, but it's a chance at very easy money.
  11. Cbow wouldn't make that much of a difference at TD's using a steel, although the cbow is now pretty damn awesome compared to what it was before. Chaotic staff is technically better than a SoL, but only by %5 damage, and maybe a few points of magic attack. And of course it lacks the rune saving ability.
  12. Sgs

Sell the SGS, DFS, and guthans. Buy turmoil. SGS is a nice spec, but claws are usually better, especially for slayer. SGS is also vastly inferior to the speed you'd be getting from extremes/turmoil. DFS is inferior to a rune defender for pretty much any task, except on dragons where it's inferior to super antifires. Guthans is incredibly outdated, and is really not worth using anymore. If you really only want to sell the SGS, I don't believe you'll have enough for turm. Extremes are another option to consider, however turmoil > extremes. Also, because of the double exp weekend, herblore supplies are near impossible to buy. EE is a nice spec if you don't have claws, EE+a bunyip should be able to keep you up on most tasks. At 92 prayer you also get SS, which you can flash to pretty much keep yourself up anywhere.
  13. Yeah a gilded altar is the best, and yeah you need a tinderbox (forgot to mention that). A BoB is a beast of burden, they can carry stuff for you, and it's quite useful. I'd suggest using duelling rings if you're not going to use a mounted glory, makes things much faster, saves an inv spot, and is much cheaper than fally tabs.
  14. If you're getting 75 con specifically for a gilded altar, you can get away with 69 (+3 from the best POH tea, and +3 from a crystal saw). A gilded altar increases exp from bones by 250%, you can get an additional 50% from each lit burner. At a bank fill the best BoB you can summon with bones, withdraw 2 clean marrentil, then tele to your house with a tab. You light the burners, burn all the bones, and either use a duelling ring or mounted glory to tele back to a bank.
  15. All I can tell you is that they didn't stack last time.
  16. If you had everything else of use you could possibly buy with tokens, it might just be worth more than trading them in for dung exp. Mhing I can't see sacrificing an inv slot for switching, nor do I think it'd be better wearing it all the time over a zerker (spec restores or not). Slaying, it could be borderline useful outside of kuradel's, if you switched it in when you specced with claws, but it would be such a minimal increase in dps I don't think it'd warrant buying it in the first place. Edit: The ring should have increased spec regeneration rate IMO, instead of decreasing spec cost. That would have allowed it to maybe compete with a zerker for overall dps, while still avoiding things like more than *insert OP spec number here* claw/DDS/darkbow specs in one spec bar.
  17. Good rule of thumb is 22-30gp/xp.
  18. Looking at your levels, not only would 70 prayer be more beneficial, but it would be easier and cheaper. You'd need around 75-100m for herb at the very least, not to mention all herbs are about to rise with the bonus exp weekend, and are near impossible to buy. Prayer is not suffering the same fate (gilded altars do not work on bonus exp weekend), and you'd also only need 10-20m for 60-70. Piety > super antifires, and is slightly better than extreme att/str's IMO (which you would be able to stew to at 85).
  19. Not at the moment, but I'm sure it's a popular question, so there'll probably be a jmod post about it soon on the RSOF.
  20. Be sure to get your offers in for herbs and secondaries as soon as possible. I'm pretty sure almost everything is already bought out right now ( bye bye free 30-40m :[ ), so you might need to resort to sniping, or overpaying like hell right before/during the exp weekend.
  21. I'd say with the bonus xp weekend on the horizon, rising is the last thing the SGS is about to do.
  22. Speaking of abyssing, you have decent mining/agi for passages, considering your stats. I'd suggest balancing out your melee while picking up charms, you'd probably end up with enough defense for abyssing. Which is reasonable, because as already mentioned deaths > nats at the levels you're going for, you should start them at 65. This page has some handy drop percentages for charms, you might want to consider slayer.
  23. If it's anything like the last bonus weekend, most things that boost your exp already (goldsmith gaunts, gilded altar, etc), will not provide bonuses. ZMI worked last weekend, however. I'm pretty sure brawlers didn't stack last time, and it would be kind of ridiculous if they did.
  24. I'm also quite curious about this. If it's a static rate (like I'm hoping), I'll just wait for my multiplier to run down, and then use all my charms at a constant 10% increase. If it's not, training summ is effectively a giant waste of time. The latter doesn't make much sense, but knowing jagex...
  25. Fun fact: a lot of 4-dose potions aren't sold out. I didn't bother checking prices, but depending on your income/hour it might be worth it to buy them, and decant them. Then sit on them for a few weeks before selling.
