  1. Ivy is anywhere from 50-100k/hour depending on your level, and is hilariously afkable. Dropcutting teaks with an inferno adze is better combined exp (WC/FM), but requires more concentration. Everything else is terrible.
  2. RC/hunter, combined with farming herbs. Both are inferior to pretty much every mhing method imaginable.
  3. Just do adamant bolts, they're significantly higher exp/hour, and will benefit so much more from the multiplier than cutting/string bows. At the very least, make them for the first few hours. If you like, look into a mousekeys method for bolts, either 456+, or just 5+. Cutting logs is basically for people that hate stringing bows, it's the same exp but a ton slower and (usually) more expensive to boot.
  4. For experience, gold is usually substantially better (it provides amazing amounts of smithing experience with goldsmith gaunts). However, during the bonus weekend other experience multipliers will not work (gaunts), so superheating gold would be a waste. Go for iron.
  5. Good for Arma and TD's, basically. It's usefullness at TD's will dramatically diminish if you have a steel titan. A decent choice for a third chaotic considering you do a lot of arma. Which were your first two?
  6. Alching is terrible, unless you can't stand concentrating at all. Doing it on the bonus weekend is even worse, it has a low exp rate, and will barely benefit from the multiplier compared to something like plank make/string jewelery/single ore superheating (the only currently available option to you).
  7. Yeah well on that time SUOMI got a bit over 143m xp doing 'hard skills'. I can only imagine what is his xp rate per month once he tackles on buyables. In the span of a month, you mean? He's averaging around 70m exp.
  8. Depending on how many monsters you kill, possibly. Most likely however is that the money you would have made in the time it took you to get the tokens would have bought you more prayer exp than you'll ever get from a bonecrusher. If you intend to train dungeoneering in the near future I'd get a slew of things before a bonecrusher: chaotic weapons, arcane stream, etc etc.
  9. Kuradel's special task is a good way to get firecapes, you can breeze through fcaves with the bonuses from a FSH.

DFS is really not needed in any training situation. All it provides is additional defense, which you shouldn't need. For offensive bonuses, rune defender > DFS, the 2 extra strength is not worth losing the substantial attack bonuses. Edit: and technically functions as a better anti-dragon shield I guess, in which case it's inferior to super antifires, and still not a good way to dump 30m.
  11. No. Edit: that is to say cashing in zeal won't: What activities will NOT earn me bonus XP? * Quest XP rewards * Items/locations that already give bonus XP (e.g. ancient effigies, strange rocks, genie lamps, tomes of experience, goldsmithing gloves, Ectofuntus, POH altars, etc) * XP rewards at the end of activities/distractions (e.g. Tears of Guthix, Soul Wars, Pest Control, jade vine, skeletal horror, giving sq'irk juice to Osman, etc) * Anything which allows points to be exchanged for XP (e.g. Dungeoneering tokens, Penguin Points, Brimhaven Agility Arena tickets, Slayer incentives, Mrs Winkin's World of Seeds shop from Vinesweeper, etc) * Any XP earned through the Assist system Source
  12. A spirit kyatt+duelling rings is the fastest way to dump charms, once you can actually summon a kyatt.
  13. Unnecessary. A skillcape is for showing off a relevant 99. The level is your reward. It's nice they have any stats at all.
  14. The set effect of guthan's wastes a lot of time, no boost from slayer helm/fsh, and the spear has really terrible DPS. A bunyip/EE can keep you up a decent amount of the time, just bring some food with you in addition to that.
  15. The 456+ mousekeys method is okay if you're fletching bolts between another activity, but doing it constantly is really painful... How some people can keep this up for 8+ hours every day is beyond me.
  16. ROFL!! I am dazzled by your logic...'Renshae is...a complete troll..extremely ignorant..[and] wrong." Have you ever heard of the "scientific method?" Scientific method refers to a body of techniques for investigating phenomena, acquiring new knowledge, or correcting and integrating previous knowledge.[1] To be termed scientific, a method of inquiry must be based on gathering observable, empirical and measurable evidence subject to specific principles of reasoning.[2] A scientific method consists of the collection of data through observation and experimentation, and the formulation and testing of hypotheses.[3] Although procedures vary from one field of inquiry to another, identifiable features distinguish scientific inquiry from other methodologies of knowledge. Scientific researchers propose hypotheses as explanations of phenomena, and design experimental studies to test these hypotheses. These steps must be repeatable in order to dependably predict any future results. Theories that encompass wider domains of inquiry may bind many independently derived hypotheses together in a coherent, supportive structure. This in turn may help form new hypotheses or place groups of hypotheses into context. Among other facets shared by the various fields of inquiry is the conviction that the process must be objective to reduce biased interpretations of the results. Another basic expectation is to document, archive and share all data and methodology so they are available for careful scrutiny by other scientists, thereby allowing other researchers the opportunity to verify results by attempting to reproduce them. This practice, called full disclosure, also allows statistical measures of the reliability of these data to be established. Scientific Control: When an experiment is conducted for the purpose of determining the effect of a single variable of interest on a particular system, a scientific control is used to minimize the unintended influence of other variables on the same system. Such extraneous variables include researcher bias, environmental changes, and biological variation. Scientific controls ensure that data are valid, and are a vital part of the scientific method. 17. Also, fun fact: daggers, whips and the CR are all the same speed. The more you know!
  18. Demand is peaking, no big deal. I'd assume it's still enough to keep prices reasonably high, but knowing the knee jerk responses of people when they see a price peak, it'll probably crash for a few days, before planing off. I doubt high level herbs will truly crash until the exp weekend is over, or close to over.
  19. Type runescape into address bar. Hit ctrl+enter. Winner is you.
  20. Interesting to get some backstory on what we've been discussing for quite a few pages. Do you intend to chin to 200m range? I've noticed you seem to be range slaying a tiny bit (or possibly just slaying period). Front page on all combat skills would be cool, there's a large margin for prayer, but much less for range.
  21. You sure know what's up. 2/10
  22. Gilded altar bonus doesn't work on the exp weekend, so that rules all reasonable prayer training out.
  23. Gotta agree with this. Reasonable discussion at least.
  24. I just go there in normal melee armor, with a bunyip and EE. EE is pretty nice, since spec weapons are not very useful against lighthouse daggs. I barely use mine, though.
  25. Yeah, I'd get the maul after rapier, unless you do a ton of arma. The Cbow won't matter much at TD's since you have a steel. Edit: clarification
