  1. Hellhounds are good exp if you cannon them in the taverly resource dungeon. Suqah tasks are generally extremely short, they're good exp if you cannon the spawns northeast of the bank. I always cancel these just for personal reasons, even slaying on lunars I don't like the task.
  2. Aye, they were just getting on my nerves when I banned them, as with Kalphites and Bloodveld. No, no Cannon as of yet, is it worth it? :x And thanks Low, I should look more. Cannoning is incredibly good for efficient slaying. It does cost a lot sometimes, especially when dealing with some of the best tasks in the game (bloodveld, daggs, black demons, etc). You often get no return for your cannonballs, however at a certain slayer level, you'll still at least break even cannoning tasks. At 83-85+ I would strongly consider it.
  3. 200K + Tokens/2M to repair 10 hours of using the weapon - Discouraging to your average player; the majority. I wasn't aware 'the majority' factored into the best weapon. 80~ dung is soon to be an average amount of exp, and the cost of using said weapons is incredibly low, rarely even close to 10 hours.
  4. Are you cannoning tasks? On a related note, black demons are great for slayer exp, crims and effigies. Just had to say it.
  5. What? You gauge both situations the same regardless, you just attempt to buy in different directions. I'm telling him that he shouldn't avoid an item simply because it's falling in price. Edit: and yeah, I guess I was a little vague
  6. Irrelevant? Are you serious.... Because? Unless an item is in such high demand that's it's unbuyable, or crashing so hard there's no demand even from bottom feeders, you should have no problem flipping it.
  7. For flipping, whether an item is falling or rising is usually irrelevant, barring incredible curves that seriously [bleep] with supply/demand. Or when you're incredibly close to a theoretical ge update.
  8. I just bring a bunyip, end up SSing maybe 3 times total on an 120~ wyrm task. Bunyip+EE can keep most people up, and the wyrms themselves frequently drop waterskins. I would strongly suggest not using an enchanted tiara.
  9. Amulets/elf crystals look different. Along with teleport spheres. Edit: saplings too
  10. 4 pouch with an ess carrying familiar.
  11. Last time I checked you can't take a cannon into the chaos tunnels period, so no go on setting it up afterward in the resource dungeon.
  12. Statius warhammer.
  13. Instant drop method? Think he means mousekeys dropping or using game ticks to your advantage by dropping a log at the right second so it doesn't interrupt the woodcutting animation so you still chop a log in between drops. I think that mousekeys is pointless. It would be annoying to turn on and off and if you are fast you can actually drop faster without it. Instant dropping is dropping a log so it doesn't interrupt the woodcutting animation. A player does this by clicking a tree, dropping a log, and then clicking the tree again. It's really not annoying to have mousekeys on, and you can easily switch them off with numlock anyway. For single dropping, it's almost purely convenient, I agree. However, it's very useful for dropping multiple items in between swings/casts. When I'm drop cutting teaks I usually let my inv fill up with 16 logs, then drop them 4 at a time between swings. I can't see myself doing that without mousekeys.
  14. Sounds peachy. Post the math.
  15. It's reasonably fast and efficient smithing/magic exp. I'd suggest superheat smelting at edge furnace, unless you really value mage exp (or find the furnace superheat method really annoying). Rather than trying to craft ammys from the bars, Id just sell them and try to recoup your losses elsewhere.
  16. Somewhat related...have frost dragons gotten a lot more crowded recently? Is it still easy to find worlds to cannon on?
  17. Can't help you out much with the brews/restores (I have SS and take 2 brews and 1 restore), but I usually blow through 6-8 ppots per task with turm at 98 pray. I can say that an EE is always very helpful, and worth the inv spot, especially with seer's elite done.
  18. Concrete numbers? No. But I craft around 3400 pess/hour graahking, and have never come close to matching the gp/hour of an abyss death run, which can push 1.2m profit depending on market prices. Everyone I've heard that's experimented with the death multiplier at 99 has had similar results.
  19. Abyssing deaths has been better money at 99 since the partial multiplier came out, and they've only pulled ahead farther since then.
  20. One click, one action. No way this is allowed, and it's certainly detectable, as stated earlier.
  21. Graahking nats and abyssing deaths produce comparable exp rates. Deaths are superior to nats at extremely high levels, but I don't have any real data to compare them to double astrals. Deaths are probably extremely close to nats at 91, but that's largely speculation.
  22. Hmmm....Don't you need to be on a task to kill strykeswyrms in general? Yes, but you can kill a single one offtask for the achievement.
  23. Runetracker has quite a few parsers that most people seem to be unaware of. Not that they're easier to use, but if you want exact gains for a specific time frame, they're quite useful.
  24. I'm pretty disappointed the elite items don't follow the same stat progression as the lower level ones. For example, ardy cloak 4 should have +8 stab and prayer bonus, but it's exactly the damn same as ardy cloak 3.
