What this boils down to is what your doing, the most useful for me would be prayer, extreme attack and strength. From your choice it seems you monster hunt alot

farming.

Change these: -Farseer to a mitre -Infinity boots to lightness -Master wand to ancient (You only need +70 mage attack to cause decent damage) About the inventory, most people bring proselyte to lure (some people lure the first 3 or 4 in ahrims but that's risky just to save 2 invent spots) then switch back to ahrims when they start maging. Bring a chunk of spells 2k+ is usually best, and do not forget runes for blood burst or blood barrage, and the rest p pots. I haven't tried to 9 spot since the new game engine came in so if your unsure, bring a small amount of runes for your first trip till you get used to it. Can't answer the xp stuff because i did it ages ago, and quite frankly i have no memory of it.

Sounds absolutely stupid, opening a game after 4 years to everyone and letting items being tranferred from it.

My suggestion is to watch all the trailers of the games, and which gives yourself the best feeling get it. If your tanking make sure you bring 3 brews to 1 super restore. The friend who wants to range might want to know it's not a very good combat type against graar, seeing as he is melee based.

1 more 90+ stat done, just 2 left!! If your curious how i did it, i used ZMI purely for speed getting atleast 40k xp an hour. Onto fishing! Oh and the ardy cape is absolute genious at ZMI.

gold ore will be fastest to 88 smithing, addy plates will be alot better after.

you might have the p pots in the next pack yak you summon, it has happened to me on a bandos trip before.

I hate this too, it's a bloody pain! There should be a setting in ipb somewhere to turn off auto-resizing. Or could the lazy people just paste links directly in and have a check.

Best by far is concentrated ores in the rock cavern, if you can't mine them crafting guild with skills necklaces and duel rings/glories will do.

It's good but try not to vid the run to barrows next time.. boring as hell
