When I bought this computer it came with windows vista but I upgraded to windows 7 in about November, now my graphics card has slowly developed shadows or ghosts coming off the screen, this picture explains best. The only part of advice I can give is; fork out for the better option it's gonna be much more reliable, and don't ever system restore from that HP section all it'll do is mess up your laptop, I did the same with my new computer and it had to get repaired after being bought 2 weeks earlier.
