Best set up would be; black d hide body,chaps and vambs, rune crossbow and broad bolts. Plus other items you're willing to loose willy nilly. Most fun set up would be exactly the same, but use a hunter crossbow with kebbit bolts, can't remember what each is equivalent too in the metals, but the bow is fast as hell. Best location is east of the wilderness graveyard and because you have 86 mage I suggest you switch to ancients and use the carralanger teleport, and just run the rest. It's really quick and when you're done you can just house tab because you only have to run a bit into level 20 wild. You could probably get away with using lobsters, but monkfish are nicer to use. I don't know the Trip time and gp per trip. But if you only pick up the dragon bones you'll bump up your gp per trip.

If you're low on cash you could attempt normal melee boxing stakes. Start off small, up to 2mil, and all you do is when they attack you switch to defensive and on your turn punch or kick. Kick max is 115, punch is 112 but sometimes you just hit better with kicking. Set yourself an allowance at first, and if you loose it just leave but please don't over do it.

-Use the bob its going to give you 7 more ess which builds up substantially -You'll be on lunar so you can use the npc contact spell to fix your pouch straight away -Use all the pouches at your disposal, I always emptied by pouches to gain 15 ess from both (Large mixed with small, and giant mixed with medium) but you don't want to be emptying 1-3 ess from a pouch just not worth it.

Steps to take for maximum xp: -Make sure you have fire runes for banking and the most amount of pouches and familiars you can get -Fill your bank so you can just click deposit invent, and only the runes your don't need get banked -You want light but strong armour so you don't need to restore run/health (Get a regen bracelet and constantly pray rapid health) Actual trip: ~Withdraw all your ess and put into pouches/bob ~Run the short route with range prayer on and rapid renewal ~Once you've crafted your invent, open your giant and small pouch to get 15 more ess ~Then open your medium and large pouch to get 15 more ess (Try keep count of what's coming out, because it's pointless emptying and crafting less than 5 ess) ~Then tele to ourania using the runes you just made (Might need to tele to edge/duel arena at times because you won't get the runes) ~Use your fire runes to bank If you want to speed yourself up a bit more, you can use npc contact to repair your pouches.

Fire surge and the highest mage attack/damage boosts you can possibly get (Like arcane necklace, staff of light etc)

It'll take you less than 30 mins to clean all 560 and put them into vials.

Super compost is highly useful for them, especially with pineapple at 51 gp.
