I think mining iron is your best bet. The mine south-east of Varrock is a good spot.

Yews at lvl 60 are extremely slow. I have 70 woodcutting and it's still terrible.

A nice, small guide. Pictures would make it better. Protect from melee only requires 43 prayer.

There is an ankou safe spot in the south room with ankous and skeletons. The guards on the Varrock palace roof are also good.

You do not have to be standing next to the monster to get defense XP.

I recently tried cutting yews with 70 woodcutting. It was horrible. Willows are probably your best bet until 75-80.

Because it is such a new item, there is no set price yet. I suggest going to world 1 or 2 and see what offers you get.

As far as I know, there is no maple composite bow. There is a willow one, however, and it is F2P.

Really? I haven't burnt a single lobster in ages... I've cooked like 1000 of them. If you're a member and have cooking gauntlets, the no-burn level drops to 68. If you aren't a member, I guess you're very very lucky. =P I burned lobsters all the way up to 74.

If you are banking, use the willows south of Draynor bank. If you're looking for faster XP, try the trees just south of Rimmington.

The road in front of Falador east bank is a good spot.

If you're using guards, I think the ones on the Varrock palace roof would be better.

The Tip.It Ranging Guide gives a few good recommendations. The flesh crawlers and minotaurs in the Stronghold of Security (not listed in the guide) are also good, especially if your pure has low defense. Minotaurs drop tons of iron arrows.

It only depends on your level. XP are only there for seeing how close you are to the next level.
