Your combat will go up the same way whether you use combat spells or not. Also, if you plan to keep it F2P, the crystal bow is not an option.

And sometimes wielded items, so don't ignore them on purpose just to get things noted (like ore or logs). :P

There is also a spawn in Varrock sewer.

In F2P, Lumbridge Castle. I don't know about P2P.

I don't think the level 45 skeletons are a good idea at those levels. Try the flesh crawlers (lvls 28 and 35) in the Stronghold of Security. Great exp. there.

Scmitars are faster than longswords, making them more popular for training.

Leo's rewards are in a set order though, first you get the top and the boots, second time you get the bottoms and gloves, third you get the mask, fourth you get zombie walk and the last time you get zombie dance. So if he only has half the outfit he should be getting the rest of it before he gets any emotes, at least thats how it used to be. I didn't get mine in that order.

You probably got one of the emotes. Check near the bottom of your emote menu. :wink:

The monastary just west of Edgeville. Getting them blessed doesn't give any experience, and because there isn't much of a market for blessed symbols, it would probably only be worth it to bless one if you were planning on wearing it.

Most of them were holiday drops. Jagex stopped dropping tradable items a couple years ago.
