On the point of flax autoers using it, 1 in a billion chance. you need to kill all of the knights to get the spawn point, and it takes a level 90+ account usually to do that, i dont think im even going to see a 90+ macro. And for most people who rarely die, respawn spots are nothing more than a 'wow when did i set my respawn spot to here' moment.

You won't need guthans. Any range armour, 4-5 prayer potions/super restores and the rest sharks will do you easily. Best melee armour, and best range weapon +armour in inventory. Melee everything, eating when needed, once you get to the level 180's mele them untill you start needing prayer against them, then melee protection pray. Once you get to the wave with 2 level 180's , kill the secon then put on mage protection prayer, put your range gear on and range the 360, if you stand away from it it will NOT melee you or come towards you, it will sit there and try and mage you.

It wasnt off topic it was on the topic of the door spamming that you metnioned. If you dig a little deepre alot of thier updates do make a big difference to autoers. But jagex do have to keep a balance between destroying macros and harming regular playing. I don't think any of us would play if every 5 seconds we got a message asking if we were macro's or not and HAD to answer it.

I would say but i'd prefer not to have a huge influx of people at the already few good training spots i have. One good pointer is Train at barows in the crypts on bloodworms, then every 75-100 kills, make sure you have killed all the brothers and then go to the chest. highly profitable and very good exp.

Kill 100 enemies on the bottom floor of the security stronghold? Maybe it will stretch to the wilderness too? then kill a kbd for a task, or a red dragon in wilderness.
