Ive found a nice way of dealing with the jad spawn, just turn the game SFX on and keep range prayer on with mouse hovered over mage. If you hear ANY sound turn mage on and run to wherever the attack came from. The rane attack is silent untill it hits you but mage sounds like retribution prayer (the one that hurts everybody around when you die). Is easiest to judge the start by the sounds rahter than feet, as you rarely see his feet. i just can't get past the healers, im not a very good multitasker I already covered that in the guide >_> Ahh your still her. I know you covered it but not in so much detail and how to use it, you just mentioned it. alot of the guide needs updating now, with diagonal movement alot of the lures and ways take more effort to work.

is Armadyl missing too(helm plate and legs)? or am i spelling it wrong

either something with a good range def or a zammy book(for prayer+ and range attack+) I use rune c'bow, zammy book and addy bolts and it works fine. Actually seems easier than when i tried crystal bows there. Using the acumilator i lose around 200 bolts per try, which isn't bad.

Going for 9th time lucky now, healers paniced me on last try :(

All old news and you can't really proved if the Dragon Boots were ever easier to get or not. Only Jagex has that kind of info. For all we know, there were a lot of lucky people for awhile there. :P i think jagex have nerfed (updated) cw so much that each time there isn't even alarm to put it here. I did find a trick back in 2006 that worked when i was a noob. Not sure if it still does but you can try it. Kill around 30-40 guards ontop of varock castle then try to pickpocket one. 9/10 it gave me a random. I think its because some randoms work when you change what you are doing, after doing the same ting for a lon g period of time.

Serious Sam 2. If anybodies played it you'l kno exactly what i mean by 'the american footballers cripple the game!' If anybodies only played the first, i'll tell you, don't buy the second. they messed with the dieing/respawning, instead of respawning in the same place as u died at same part of level against same enemies, in 2, they made it so if you die it restarts the section of the level!! 100 enemies to fight at once and you have to restart if you die! its crazy stupid. i never did complete it i got too frustrated on one of the last few levels.

Seriously rockcrabs at 84 combat, theres much better exp out there. Try daganoths under the lighthouse, not too dangerous but not too easy to make it boring. very fast exp as the rangers have very little defence. Its were i got 80-95 combat before slayer.

Runes?

Beggars are the backbone of rs, What could be more fun to laugh at than walking into a bank with millions of gp worth of armour on and seeing beggars 'spot' you.

This is going to be over the top exp when somebody starts hiring runners here.

Refresh the page. Refreshed around 20 times now and nothing has changed. Poll archives still lists the pk'ing poll as latest, and results goes to pk'ing results. HELP

Greatest moments in rs were mainly all before level 10. The first part of tutorial island for the first time. Omh my god you can cut a tree! and burn it! and cook things on the fire! its so interactive! That was great, all things along those lines in my opinion were the best. Also getting full decorative but it wasn't as big.

Yeh my whole irc channels on about it. No need to panic, its nothing big, its happened in the past. Btw 'glad i wasn't pking' How would it effect pking? surely if youve logged you can't die.... It will usually come back on shortly.

From what ive found(being in clans etc and getting to know people) rs players are much different from other players from MMORPG's. There are much more popular, sporty kids playing than in other games. There are many more, if i do say so myself good looking women who play rs too. I believe this is because rs is one of the few games not 100% about combat, and has a community. Mix that with music and msn at the same time and its a totally different player type than most other games.

You hit the nail on the head right there. Farcasting is what mages are supposed to do! It says in the kb, thats like calling a melee'r a cloce combat noob for getting close and hitting you.

English King - Great rs player, friendly AND uses the ORSF regularly, he really gets involved.

Xeones do you have to have every other post yours? Imo, Look at the charecter mrmmyk's acount. 99 att 70 str. i've seen him totally own other people the same combat as him, me for one. with new items, prayers etc, str the skill is becoming redundant. I'm 82 str, with the best equpiptment,(according to the calc) i could hit 45 on slayer. ok i don't have the best gear but i've experienced myself hittin 30+, with that why would i need higher str?

Attack, tried and tested. Multiple times beat people with same setup as me, same defence etc, but with high str not high att like me. They just get beat without hitting at all. The thing with str is you don't ALWAYS hit high, you will often hit the same as somebody 20 str levels lower. Constant 15-25>35 every 5 hits.

Only truly bad update in that list was bringing out PC. If you look depper those updates did good in the long run, ok maybe pure ess didn't do so good but the rest were. Anchor was sorta like whip but for str since it hit high and good but they screwed around with it :| Why should a weapon that you kill a mediocre enemy for, be as good as something that takes 1.5m+ or 85 slayer to get? and it still is a good weapon. PC none of the horrors would have started I agree that was a bad update. Mining Animation - it looks like my guy is drank or blowed when mining. The mining action looks good? i like it, alot of people like it. Jagex are making the game look better, and it does The Newest Wilderness - Clues and Abyss RC is sorta annoying now But its how the wilderness should be, WILD. You wouldn't see a murderer not murder somebody because he's trying to swat a fly would you? The Ditch - Why? Why hold my hand like if I was young and needed to cross the street. Because some rs players, even with the age restriction being 13 NEED really are that stupid, is it that much of an inconveniance to take 1/4 of a second out of your life? KQ - D Chain could have been another regular amour like how the legs/skirt/weapons/gloves/boots(yes boots are common I mean 5mil to 700-600k?) Don't give me the crap about Dust Devils the drop rate is very rare drop from them. But jagex decided it was too easy for players so they made it harder yet no update for KBD? Illogical. Maybe because back then jagex thought d chain would be the best item in rs? It's always been a great item, idolised for years in runescape, if it wasn't for the few updates this year it still would be. I wouldn't have wanted the best item in rs to be as easy as killing a goblin.
