Alot of people are saying once one team gets thier flag, the games over, well, im a walking example that thats wrong. Many flagholders, (not me ofcourse :-w )may even be looking at the tif and get killed while holding the flag.

buying cowhides/soft leather and making coifs aisn't a bad way, thats how i did it from your lvl, but may cost slightly over 500k.

.... is this topic about castle wars at all? :roll: It is about clans, and as they count as a clan, and have dominated just as much as many of the clans named here. Just because they fight in different ways, doesent make them less dominant. And as this is the 'most dominant' thread, any clan past or present would find it hard to dominate CWG in castle wars.

Nice guide, short and simple, but has all the info that it should. Wouldn't be bad if you added what quest needs that skill as a requirement next to the lvl.

Yeh its one of those things, like the handholds in mep2, seems to be totally random.

CWG in castle wars, All pk/country clans in rs could team together and still not beat them in cw, something i think would be a good thing to see.

Totally forgot to take food to kq once, #-o didnt realise untill i got down there and i had to tele straight away. Another time at kq i was kq'ing with a friend, and i ran out of food, and only then noticed i forgot to bring a charged tele crystal, had to get out asap, managed to get to the safe spot with 7 hp left, and had to log untill my partner had killed kq and i could get a tele off him.

Nice guide, probably not the best for higher ended players, but i bet its great for lower leveled players, good prayer exp when you cant afford/kill dragons.

I must disagree. They are not necessary at all. Runescape would not all of a sudden die out if they removed it. It is a nice read and it is nice to know whats coming up, but to say it is necessary is over-doing it a bit. Your right unknown, they did not always have behind the scenes, updates just came as the came

I agree with what your saying and another way to help the PC generation seperation from us old schools players is... DO NOT ALLOW HP or Prayer XP as a Reward. Either way.. I stay away from PC.. but every man, woman, child and noob for themselves No hp or prayer from pc would be great, hp would be the new combat lvl in a way. OR, we could just put a big 'PC' next to somebodies combat lvl if they got over 1/3 of thier exp from pc. That would be a great idea! if someone has got more than 10M combat experiance put a big red plack on their cape with ''PC'' writtn in bold on it. That would probobly stop alot of people :P btw- lvl 30-80 are the people saving us from alot more high level noobs, by all means, there should be tons more of newbs ruining the game for everyone. Sounds a great idea to me, then instead of playing 'find the untrimmed slayer cape', we could play 'find the non-pc str cape' :-w

Being nice isnt always bad, you get respect (mostly), but there is a limit. Be selfless if you can afford and it won't make things too bad for yourself, but also dont make things to easy for others, you don't want them thinking they can get everything free, tell people to make thier own money like you had to sometimes, but don't let them become dependant on freebies. In arguments, i just try to stick up for the underdog lol, no matter what the lvl.

Wow, a nice beginners guide there, Didnt read through it all because its stuff ive hear a thousand times, but most of what i read seemed very good for those new to cw. Wish there was something like this when i started cwing (back when i didnt know what a dbaxe was)

im almost sure randoms cant teleport you underground or 2nd/3rd/4th/5th floors etc... I very commonly get tle-d to the top of wizards tower by them.

World 144 and 143, flax grounds are a haven for macros atm. Was wcing maples at the side of party room for a few days kept wondering about the high ammount of lvl 3's walking past the same route, so i followed one and reported the other 6 there at the time.(using the talking to and offering free stuff to them method) Then went varock yews (this is a p2p world remember): ryioy15,24 and 36 there lmao edit: ryioy15 just died!!, he got poisoned and i got free yew logs, and his bones mwuhahaha :

I can't say much on this topic as its pretty self-explanitary, but are the behind the scenes and all the pre-warning of upcoming updates actually a good thing? Now more than ever with the new "Developmental Diary" update, we see, know and hear about updates WAy before they happen. Some may say this is good, we can prepare for the update etc. But, personally i think all this warning of the updates is a BAD thing. Why? because its so much more FUN to be suprised by an updated, for example, POH, we had no warning about them (except the orsf thread but it wasnt really expected was it), and how much praise did jagex get for that? Quite alot. I also think that with there being so much time from jagex announcing an update and it actually coming out, people have too much time to badmouth an update, and put it down before they even see it, and if content is delayed (wilde tag), jagex are sort of stuck, as people will moan if they do not make it, but currently, i think, jagex have no way of actually implimenting it into the game. But my main point, is that personally, i find it so much more FUN to have an update come out of the blue and suprise me, than knowing about it upto 4 weeks in advance. Whats your views on all the pre-warning?

Looks very cool, i like the look of the implings, didnt know jagex put so much thought and time into every update.
