Yeah same thing with LOTRO. Their customer support has helped me at times when I expected a flat out "no." Like I accidentally destroyed an item and they actually private messaged me to talk and then returned it to my inventory for me. I was expecting a "You destroyed it - it's your fault" kind of thing. runescapes the ONLY company that laughs at you (I know they dont but it feels like it sometimes) if you lose your items. Every other game i played big or small does return lost or stolen items. The downsides to runescape are the community and the company that runs it. From where I see it however, they have good reason not to give items back. Unlike many other MMO's, in Runescape you lose items on death. In other MMO's, the main reasons for losing items are small mistakes such as accidental dropping, and there are not many legitimate (not making mistakes) ways of losing items. However, In Runescape, people can lose an item legitimately by death, and claim to have lost it in another way. Because of this, they NEED to blanket refuse to give any items back. It is more because of immature players trying to cheat the system than the company itself.

Maybe we need a logo and maybe a little fantasy stuff? I'm very bad at writing so I will leave it to others to write the wiki. I'm in a duel with another player who has a 22/2 W/L record. I have 6 charges to play around with though so who knows what may happen. EDIT: Argh, my attention span is so annoying. Again I forgot about the right. I used one charge and we were both around 50hp, then I went to help my dad, came back and forgot to open the window back up. I lost as he probably healed again.

I had been PM'd to do mine this week, but as you have gone through the effort to do this one, I will do mine next week and PM the next person after that. so you do not need to PM a next person.

A while ago I posted asking why yellows had swapped back with greens in price. But now, they seem to have dropped below purples too, and are now the lowest partyhat. Does anybody know the reasons why? It seems they were about even until purple recently went up around 4m.

So the new update has integrated the game with the Godville wiki. ELITES as a guild on the pantheon of unity has it's own page http://wiki.godvillegame.com/index.php/ELITES It's currently empty, but I don't know what we could write there. Do we go for the epic fantasy tale, or the realistic and mention TIF?

Skills - asynchronized swimming level 1 Apparently it is a travel skill, so my hero may travel faster now. Whey, influence finally. I keep encouraging in godville after arena fights but my hero never listens.

Maybe spiteful is next. ELITES jumped from 18th to 14th in one update. :thumbsup:

For crying out loud. Got my opponent in an arena match down to 5 hp, while I was on 13hp, he had the attack. I healed just in case, didn't want to take the risk of him hitting 14, but it healed him instead! And he only hit me for 12 as well <_< So I am now on 7 losses 7 wins.

His reasons for doing so are idiotic and very narrow-minded. However, it does highlight backwards racism in the media.

Temples take a looooong time to build. Level 14 and only 2.3% built. I think you can suggest him to buy things but I'm not totally sure.

How about a help and advice thread then? If it became active it could then be turned into a sub-forum.

Hero died for the third time <_< Should be level 15 however tomorrow so all is good! ELITES should overtake the next two guilds within the next day.

32 lines of members in the guild now. Is growing much faster than I would have expected. 21:27 Suddenly found a halo above my head. Seized the opportunity and ran to the city square to do some preaching. My guild is going to get more influence here. That was in godville. Now what the influence actually does is beyond me.

One day later, and our rate of growth has somehow increased still, as we've nearly caught Fairy Tail (29 lines to our 27). We have a chance at the next update to pass them. Also, apparently clan members directly influence getting influence in towns. Encouraging/punishing when inside a town will sometimes cause a hero to do something that gives influence. What towns do we frequent that we should maybe think about targeting? We have 30 lines now compared to their 29 and 1/2. Should take them in the next update. The guild after that isn't much larger either. I will have to try that encouraging. I frequent godville most due to the arena, but I will encourage in towns whenever I go to them.

The problem is, that with the departure of promise, we don't have any PVP specific moderators to organise anything. A few of us would probably have the time to set something up, but not knowing much about PVP and not being involved in it directly would probably lead to it not being very good. Being realistic, we need to get this area up to a moderate activity, then start recruiting some PVP specific staff to organise competitions.

(my views are not final, just observations and brainstorms) - competitions take a lot of time and manpower to organise and keep up to date. Not to mention that they need a lot of proof and lead to some arguments. At the moment, one of our problems is a lack of moderators who actively PK and can organise such a thing. I would love some form of competition if it didn't take too much work to organise, or even could be organised by ordinary users. - the general screenshot thread could be good. I do see loot pictures in the general discussion thread often but they do often get buried as you say. - Making the graveyard a sub-forum I think would do more damage than good. It has had increased activity since it was recently condensed, and I think sub-forum'ing is a last ditch after there are no other choices. We also had the suggestion before (cannot remember where) of a sub-forum here dedicated to PK vids. Would that be any good?
