I can't imagine a dust bunny being overly useful. If he has healed, I guess he is a healing pet.

So i came in here expecting this to be great Honestly Das you're rap is just second rate I can't believe you even call it rap It needs nothing short of throwing in the scrap I've never done this before, But even mine is putting you to shame You only have yourself to blame!

I have 9m Fishing exp over 99. I wouldn't have gotten that if I didnt think fishing was fun. I would gladly fish that extra 1m exp if that proves to you that I find fishing fun, because 200 hours of fishing is 10m exp at a rate of 50k exp per hour. (I could get 60k an hour through barbarian fishing as well.) But in context, he said prove that 200 hours in any skill isn't fun. There are the odd exception which will already have gained the exp, but a majority of those that do not will not. If they did, they would already have it or be on the way to it. For the same reason that there will be a skill you personally dislike training, you would not have fun grinding that for hours to full fill a quest requirement that has been put there for nothing more than to give it a requirement. Glove, I would partly agree except that in most quests now, the player is not a brave hero sent on an adventure, he is more often than not a bumbling idiot stumbling through a series of predicaments. But Brando made a great point, allowing skills to help reach the requirements but not be strict sets would be the best situation. A superhero would be able to open the door with his 96 smithing while the average player would take a few tries gathering the materials to get through.

Prove that training any skill for 200 hours isn't fun. Go train fishing for 200 hours, come back and tell me you had 100% fun doing it, then you can use that as proof. Sorry but that is just an idiotic thing to say. The thing is, those arguing for higher requirements have't really said any reasons for it. The reasons for lower requirements without excess grind is to make the game fun, which we should all essentially be playing it for, and should be the groundwork and basis for any game that exists. Lower requirements let players train skills at their own pace going through the game without overloading them with all quests at once, but letting them get the levels through other quests, random musings, money making etc. Grinding for requirements however has no point. They don't need to be there. for me, there sould exist quests that need some elite requirements, im not saying making all of them like that, not even close, i do agree that most should be mid level, but some (just a few) should be for elite. we have up till grandmaster, what if they just add another category, a harder one, with higher requirements, would that harm all players? as i recall, the ideia of elite diarys was a good one, why not do the same to quests, but as i said, just a few, one to start perhaps ;) if we shouldnt grind for requirements, everything in this game should be available at level 1... There is a difference between everything being available to everybody and not having to grind. Take your average console game. you play through the story unlocking things as you go, new weapons, better armour maybe and progressing through the levels and story as you go. That is how this game should be. A console game that made you grind through it 20 times to be able to unlock the final level would get the worse reviews in history. If players want to grind for pointless 99's let them, but that doesn't mean that everybody should have to do so to get access to another part of the game. Levelling should be its own reward separate from quests. As I say, to skill you can skill, to quest you have to skill still, which shouldn't be the case. To put it in perspective, imagine if before you could get any levels, you HAD to have a quest cape. Imagine if you were forced to stop training attack at level 59 until you had trained herblore to 70, fm to 84 and wc to 86? It would be preposterous. But how do you value rewards? Many players such as myself give no thought about Exp rewards or money rewards. The story and the fun in playing through that story is the factor. A harder quest with puzzles and length will give a higher reward.

The chrome extension is pretty good. The best thing about it is that it notifies you when your hero is in an arena fight so you can send him then do something else while you wait. Wasn't needed for me today though: 14:21 No one dares to fight me. Fine, I'll take that golden brick without any duel.

Kalphite Queen Head vs. KBD Head
How about having two rooms so you can house both of them? Overall though KQ head is much rare and harder to get.

People are forgetting that quests are part of the lore and stoyline of the game and are not items made with skills. Quests are for people to enjoy taking part in. If you want to skill you can skill. If you want to quest, you have to...skill. Quests should be completable without having to skill to abnormal levels, but it should help, just as having high combat helps in other parts of the game. Also, it may sound blunt, but quests make the game more than skills do.

Does anybody feel like making a cool ELITES banner for the Wiki? Also, maybe an image of some sort of large group of warriors (very vague I know). I feel like making our Wiki the best one around to get to #1.

Dax's Magical Top 20 Games.
WOM seriously needs a comeback on XBLA or the Ps3 equivalent. Add an online multiplayer and we have the best game in the world. Nothing says fun more than the Las Vegas level being able to flatten car parks and the like. Lots of games on your list are games I think are great, Sim city, Destroy all humans, zoo tycoon and best of all (Except WOM) was vice city. I can't say it was better than San andreas as they are both tied for #1. On the topic of WOM, I wonder If I could pick up a cheap copy anywhere. Edit: The big stone head thing was definitely the best monster.

Scientology? Scam? Cult? Religion? Joke?
The church have the power because of the small size of the religion. Imagine the power the Vatican would have over Catholics if only those inside and a few hundred outside practised the religion. The Church is nothing short of a bully society.

F1 2010 Season
I agree, I don't think anybody is effectively out. Button is struggling a little at the moment and on raw pace I don't think he can win, but he is consistent and can pick up the points when others drop out. The same goes for Webber, who really does seem to be in the driving seat at the moment. They are the two I would prefer to win the title, Webber because he really has put so much into the sport and been there for so long without really having much to his name. Button is just a great guy. I'm really not a fan of Hamilton and I don't really want him to win. I don't mind Vettel and Alsonso, but out of the four, they are not my favourites.

Scientology? Scam? Cult? Religion? Joke?
What people are forgetting is that Scientology itself is not a cult. It is a belief system (albeit it looks far-fetched to an outsider) just like Christianity and Islam. The problem is the Church of Scientology. The church is the cult. I would compare the church to other religious extremist groups around the world.

I can't stand schools.
Damn straight. The same is applied to films too. I often think if an author heard some things teachers say they would say "wait what? I just thought that would be funny."

Evil is probably more fun but you will probably die more too. Fighting another ELITES member, hero named Duperman, don't think it's a TIF'er though.

Quick 360 Question
This is a quick question on something I couldn't find on google so hopefully somebody here knows. When playing a game, if my screen (in whatever game I'm playing) faces something bright like a wall or a snowy field, the xbox will make a whirring noise much louder than the regular noise it makes. It isn't enough for it to go past the games volume when playing normally, but If I have the volume off it is very noticeable. So far I've noticed this in a few different games, for example Mass effect and Oblivion. It is worth noting that it isn't me moving around and the game loading something, as I can leave my screen facing said bright wall for as long as I want and it will still make the noise. It isn't anything overly important, but a curiosity of what it actually is.

What other fansites do you commonly use? And how can tip.it expand itself to compete?
I used Runehq in the distant past (this was back when it had like 5 sections on a bar along the top, no sidebars etc) but after finding Tipit I've never used another. The problem for us is that we only have a finite about of crew, whereas wiki has the whole world if they want. I thionk to compete with that, we should do some sort of thing letting forum users taskes to writing certain parts of the site with the crew implementing them. At the moment the crew also do a large chunk of the research which takes up a lot of time. We have so many great guides in the AOW that would really help on the mainsite for those who don't want to view the forums.
