next time ask in the help and advice forum. hopefully a mod can move this. as for your quests, just check out the knowledgebase for quest rewarded exp. its really helpful.

i have to say, even before i read everyone's comments on this thread, i was already feeling that this was a pretty badly written article. it seems to me that the editor might be running out of things to write about. now, i don't plan on throwing out an overly condescending attitude like some people here *bcoughbsacough*, but i really do feel that the articles are starting to lose potency. give us something insightfully mindblowing to read, something we'll remember while we play the game. well, to me, its a waste of perfectly good laws and time, but if you would rather go through the abyss to level up construction than to stay in the comfort of your own home and make the butler make your planks, i guess its ok. to me, however, the abyss is for rcing, and using it for anything else seems like risking a death for nothing. i just stay in yanille and bring: a load of money (100k+) an axe crystal saw hammer one inventory space filler (to keep spaces avaialable to 24) then i just chop the oaks outside of the house portal, go back inside when i'm full, give the planks to the butler, get them back within 5 seconds, and build.

i also like that he got the underground/off the map coordinates in there too. maybe change the font and you got something worthy of being added to the site?

every single one of you who has died because of reading the forums need to stop putting so much effort into reading and posting and start paying attention to the freaking games, especially at dangerous areas (barrows, brimhaven dungeon, wild, etc.). i mean, you joined RuneScape because you wanted to play the game, not because you wanted to read stories about it or post your comments on it. dying because of paying too much attention on the forums warrants no apologies or condolence from me. it just makes me wish i was there for every single one of your "forum-at-fault" deaths. it may sound brash, but thats what i truly think.

i use ancients, and to save runes and room, i first ice burst then rush. that takes out your little "cost problem" right there. i usually come to the barrows with full prayer (currently 61 but 60 the last time i was there) and only end up using maybe one dose of prayer potion if i'm having a bad time with karil. so basically, no pots there either. also, i like the challenge that ancients give, so, i'd prefer to use that rather than costly god spells (that and i can't charge yet).

the search is crap and you know it. as for your level with 223 qp, thats pretty dang impressive well done =D>

to a certain point i have to agree with bubsa, but the article did contain some insight. many players have been waiting for a high level (80+ in a skill) armor or weapon for some time. to see that come would be a really awesome thing. and also, i think prayer is a very useful skill, especially for any decent warrior/ranger/mage. to say that having prayer above 49 isn't that big of a deal, to state that "higher prayer lasts longer. Big deal[,]" then right afterward stating that high level agility gives the "useful ability to run longer" is quite contradictory. this makes me think that The Editor was just trying to think of things to write and forgot to check the quality of his article- signs of a filler.

well, the elfs make everything out of crystal, even buildings (lleyta is just a small little insignificant outpost, hence the lack of crystal). but, because they make everything out of crystal, them making an axe (which indirectly is used to build things) just doesn't seem logical. on the other hand, seeing the dragon wc axe economy go up in flames would be kinda fun.

odd, i wonder why ilfeen says crystal axe. could it be an error or could it really be something coming up soon? and yes peter, i already know thats what you were thinking.

m4tty, the faces show up on high detail at all times. the only reason the faces do not seem to show up in dharok's crypt is because dharok's is usually the first stop for most people visiting the barrows, not because his crypt is "different." during the first brother the faces don't show up simply because the game hasn't loaded it yet. as for the half key, i just recently got one a few days ago, but i thought i had already read that you were able to get misc. rare items long before the prayer update.

well apparently you quit, so why would what you think be any more important than people who are still actively playing? simply put, stop complaining.
