it's amazingly unlikely that all accounts with rares get banned or drop them. If this did happen however they wouldn't be extinct..just in hibernation as there is so many quit accounts with rares stashed away as if they came back well then there is more rares back in the system.

just take out the 1 or change it to unbeaten one

i guess you have to think..what would runescape be like without rares? better or worse..if better than rares are bad but if they are better for the economy then doubtless rares are good :P

Saturday: - stopped barrows for now - went dking and got 2 zerkers and axe with duo mage Sunday: - went to sell my zerker to get cash for 2nd half of axe..got scammed - made cash for 2nd half of axe causing me to have 0gp - did 2 dk trips with no loot - went with apathy and co. got warrior on first kill then got 2 hit by prime got stuff back and up to 400k cash probably gona try to get all p2p stats in 5 or 0 while making a few mil cash.

gona try a few trips with 10 killcount now because 79trips now with none

i've done 73 barrow runs recently without a single blood rune or bolt rack from the chest..i get 7 killcount everytime and yes i know the killcount improves rune drops from chest. But do you need over 10 KC to get bloods or racks?
