well i can anwser most of your question's (if they are?) well the guthan helm is worth more becuase if you have the full set on when you die (not be skulled of course) you'll lose the helm that's why its more in demand thus cost's more When i lost connect and died at dks, i lost spear not helm

Lol def stakers these days. There is much more people in the whip/dds boxing area. Aim at 90 atk 99 str and 45 def as a long term (it owns for this type of staking) or something like 80 at 85-90 str 45 def as semi short term. Just keep prayer at 1 and keep hp around ur atk lv. Rules r only weap, spec on/off dosnt matter, and the no eatin/pot/pray You should own There aren't enough hardcore def stakers out there, and this option lets u be an ownage pker :D Hve fun stakin

Yep, you have just summed up my usual mage training regime except that i just use crystal bows for ranged and hp xp at PC. Barrowing is put off a bit now since i have just sold nearly all my equipment to buy a Disk :D Thx so far, keep the ideas flowing through :thumbsup:
