Most public swimming pools have huge drains on the side. About 20 people a year max die from this. Their foot either gets caught by suction of one of the smaller drains that are at the bottom, or they play too close to the huge drains, say getting their feet stuck. I remember seeing this on the news like 2-3 years ago.
