  1. what a joke, how many of you are actually buying this crap? It's simply an obscure attempt at lowering their opponents vote count or approval. If you are not familiar with this then you need to stop living under a rock.
  2. were just way too insecure
  3. i dont understand what you are trying to say, how is making a new mage book going to help? while making a new skill on the other hand does, I'm guessing you haven't seen the high scores lately? but then what's the problem? it doesn't have to be much different from normal combat, you really think jagex is going to make killing so much easier with this?
  4. well first of all, how is making another spell book or another skill any different? The second problem can easily be solved: 1. your own monsters could not give you xp 2. Make it impossible to kill your own monsters, only decommissioning 3. best one- make it simply inefficient or not worthwhile to kill your own monsters The point is, we still know nothing about the skill, or how it works. It may seem like a bad idea right now, but you should be surprised to know how unexpected jagex makes some of their updates. Either way, however it will work, it will definetly be deeper than slayer. I can imagine myself summoning creatures that use meele, magic, and ranged, which would make the good old triangle so much more fierce.
  5. The GUI is the last thing you have to worry about dude :? It isn't hard to just make the menu larger, It would help a lot of other windows too. Worry about the skill being useful. do you have a 5 inch screen or something?
  6. and its going to cost us more in the long run. Higher game cost Jagex to busy trying to make the game anti bot. (crappy updates) Free server taken down dew to bandwith cost of overgrowth of botters each day. its costing RS alot to keep all these servers running. Every compeny trys to make a good profit each year. if you know your not going to make your net sales then you cut or raise sales Cut Free servers Raise Game price... none of that makes sense, if you have low bandwidth, you buy more servers not cut them. Why would they take away f2p when thats their source of members? and why would they raise the subscription cost? They know how to run a business, and someone with zero logic like you doesn't have to worry about it.
  7. Your post makes no sense, what do party hats and construction have to do with gold farmers, and how do they ruin the game? How do you sue a country? and how can anyone understand your writing? So...if say...an American kills someone in Germany, Germany should sue The COUNTRY of America? Wtfh go read a book or something, get off RuneScape... no duh the company that is doing this.. is mostly ppl from china.... Use logic if you have any. and if you even read the link you clearly said china needs to be sued, you are the only one here that needs logic. There are much better ways to feed poor people other than have them play runescape for 10 hours a day for $1 per hour. They are doing a lot of bad and almost no good.
  8. the most amazing part is how fast it happened. Just a few months ago there were just 4 people, then 5, just recently I was freaking out because as many as seven people were up there... Well now we wait about a year or two until zezima gets 4.6b total xp and the race is on jet again. There will be 2 people with 4.6, then 3, and then the front page will be meaningless because everyone will be exactly the same. as for some people that posted here: you need to get a life and a sense of humor.
  9. decent idea, except for the lvl 1 requirement, should be around 40.

  11. holy crap... 4 nonillion (yes, that's a real numerical value) possibilities? How long did it take you to figure that out?? lol 36^20....about 3 seconds with a calc :-s actually it would be 26^20. hold on, i just did it with my computer calculator and got this: 19928148895209409152340197376 you're forgetting the numbers

  13. don't forget theres space for more now, i can see even more prayers coming.
  14. The other one was Quidditch through the ages. I'm probably going to get this too. The epilogue left more questions then answers Yeah like why didn't the girls get a say in naming the kids? #-o are you talking about Ginny? I loved the epilogue, It was just too short, so I'm buying for the sake of that.
  15. [hide]Actually the cover is when they are in the vault. You can see behind harry there is creature that is holding the sword, and the jewelery all around him is very bright, almost like it is hot.[/hide] [hide]I'm sure it depends on where you bought it - the American versio has the Great Hall battle scene, and the UK children's version has the Gringotts scene. :)[/hide] [hide]Yeah, I was referring to the American Version.[/hide] well first of all, there are no national versions (as far as I'm concerned). There are 3 versions of the book: One is 607 pages long with them trying to escape the vault on the cover (crappiest one by far) [hide][/hide] second is the one the original quote was referring to, where harry is raising his hand, that is the original cover. [hide][/hide] third has the slitherin's locket on the cover (best:)) [hide][/hide] [hide]And now that I think about it, it is the great hall scene, notice the ceiling, it turned the same color the moment before they attacked each other. Also the people in the background, and the walls, while harry is trying to catch the wand. [/hide]
  16. holy sweet jesus christ of doom!!! seers updated!!!!!!
  17. remember chamber of secrets? same thing.
  18. i asked myself that same question. maybe the sorting hat has the power to "call" the sword whenever it is needed? :-k by the way, anyone noticed the slight hint for harry/hermione shipping after ron leaves? if harry/hermione shippers had been right i would have strangled jkr with my own hands![/hide] Nvm I just re-read that part, Neville did pull it out of the hat.
  19. my password is 20 characters long numbers and letters, completely random words and numbers. Its one of 4,261,655,511,456,885,005,249,781,170,176 possible combinations, good luck :D
  20. I happen to have a question too: [hide]Where did Neville get the sword of Griffindor from? The fake was supposed to have remained in the vault, and the goblin ran off with the real one, so how did Neville get it? :-k [/hide] Also [hide]Look at the end, right after the second fight starts. I don't have the book in front of me, but I realized there was a spelling mistake there when it said something about Percy, and Slughorn still being in his "pjamas". Does the UK have a different way of spelling pajamas or did I catch a spelling mistake?[/hide]
  21. I can see the 7th book being split into two movies, because even thought it have a little more text than the 6th, it wad twice as much content. When I was finished, I felt like I read two books because of how much happened in that one book. I only saw the trailer, and cho looks ugly as [cabbage], I imagined her to be 5x prettier than that.
  22. [hide]yep, it was a special type of fire which had a specialty of destroying horuxes. Although I doubt crabbe knew that (or whoever made the fire)[/hide]
  23. I can't really tell if you are being sarcastic or not because it was very original indeed, I was already getting tired of all the main characters dying off in every book i read. [hide]I was also not surprised that snape was on the good side all along, I considered it the moment he killed Dumbledore in the previous book.[/hide] What else was great is the huge amount of content in the book, even though the amount if text is barely larger than in the Half Blood Prince, it still feels like I just read two books rather than one, because so much happens there. It was a great book, great twists, and great ending. I just wish there would be a little more after Voldemort died, it seemed a bit too sudden after that. The epilogue was nice too, over all 10/10 I hope another author takes up the story though, I still want to know what happens to Harry afterwards, all we know is that he marries Ginny, and they have 3 kids, and some more. I would like to know more there. [hide] [hide]He was killed. But Voldemort only killed the part of himself in Harry. So Harry's soul was free from Voldemort and could still live as Voldemort only killed himself.[/hide] A more detailed explanation: When voldemort killed harry's mother, hist ava kedava spell rebounded and hit him, breaking off a part of his soul. That piece flew into the nearest alive person, being harry, that explains why he has been penetrating voldemorts mind since book 5. When voldemort tried to kill him in the woods, he instead destroyed his unknown seventh horux, which was inside harry. In case you were asking about the second time voldemort tried to kill him in the hall: The wand of destiny or w/e actually belonged to harry. Voldemort first assumed snape was the true owner, but since dumbledore asked snape to kill him, the ownership never went to snape, instead the person who was mean to kill dumbledore, thats draco malfoy. When harry ron and hermonie were captured, harry stole malfoys wand remember? so at that point the ownership of the wand of destiny was also passed to harry, so it was harry's the whole time afterwards. Now when voldemort tried to kill harry the second time, he couldn't, because the wand doesn't kill his owner, so the spell rebound and hit voldermort instead. So he pretty much killed himself out of stupidity.[/hide] The scariest part of the book imo was: [hide]"The ministry has fallen. Scrimgeour is dead. They are coming."[/hide] Freaked the hell out of me :P
