  1. To enjoy a club, you pretty much have to be drunk, or influenced by some kind of drug. Also, if you don't bring your own girl, its an uphill battle the whole time.
  2. Found some huge, old printer in someone's trash along with an old record player. Threw the printer out of a third story window, through the screen (at a hotel). Threw the record player out of a moving car at a crowded ice cream store, startling everybody around. I was crying in laughter.
  3. Old razr I found at a party. I put my SIM Card in it and use it now. People with super-expensive phones are weird, IMO.
  4. Meh, some of their riffs are good, but its just not my style of music.
  5. I tend to believe people as there isn't much point lieing really. Guilty conscience? :-w :^o Well, I'm not going to go through and count everything up, unless you ask. But according to these threads, the average Tip.It'ers shoe size is like 14, and height is 6'3''. Seem a little weird? :|
  6. The theme song makes me wet with envy
  7. 13-14 US, depends on the shoe, really. Oh, and just like the "whats your height?" threads, people always lie on this.
  8. Originality is key, as Bubsa said. Me and my friends made a few videos, the last one actually got really big here locally, before some overzealous parents deemed some of it "vandalism" and we had to stop distribution. At any rate, 90% of it is thinking up the clever ideas, executing them is second rate.
  9. Why, because you're one of them?
  10. Lyrics mean little to me, instrumentals are where its at.
  11. I fail to understand what is so amazing about FFVII... Heh, I can't objectively put my finger on what's so good about it either but it was definitely the FF I enjoyed the most. There was something about the battles, the characters and the atmosphere of the game that made me keep playing. FFIX I also really enjoyed for many of the same reasons I liked FFVII. FFX I didn't especially like. Sure, its graphics were awesome for the time, and the battles looked great but some of the atmosphere was lost and the characters were annoying [cabbage]. EDIT: Oh yeah, FFVII haters suck. They just resent the fact that something popular can also be good, and want to be "unique". One factor, I believe, is the graphics. Its hard to compare FFVII and FFX because they look so drastically different. Remember, VII is ten years old now. A lot of us more seasoned gamers remember when it was the height of the genre, graphically and gameplay-wise. So obviously, its harder for new age gamers, brought up on PS2 and the like to compare the two without bias.
  12. amazing band!
  13. They can listen to whatever they want to, but imposing it upon all of us by complaining all of the time is the root of the problem, and why they are so widely hated.
  14. I just record in my basement. Obviously sound dampening, and making the room acoustically solid is paramount if you are really serious about it.
  15. Its very useful
  16. the price will go down. You've gotta be plain stupid to buy this and actually use it. I'm assuming some people will buy them and try to make a profit selling them to morons who will actually pay that much..
  17. 10 was wonderful! However, it never touches the brilliance of 7 and Tactics. 8 isn't too far behind, either.
  18. I have a question for you. Do you think ALL persons under the age of 18 are unable to experience 'true love'? That's the key issue here; if you meant your earlier statements as general and only indicative of the greater percentage of teenagers - then I have no problem with you. If you actually hold the view that all persons under 18 cannot experience 'true love' whatsoever, then I would have to reiterate the fundamental problem I have with this perspective as demarcated in my post a page ago. I believe Striker may just be wording it the wrong way. Simply put, most teens are too immature to experience/understand love. Not to say theres any solid, well-worn age limit in which it becomes possible. I would assume it varies from person to person, but sits at or around 20 or up. Of course, but Striker is saying EVERYONE under the age of 18 and even up... The question is: Is the percentage of immature teens high enough for someone (Striker, for instance) to go ahead and say "all teens are too immature" and get away with it. With this thread as testament, the answer is no.
  19. wearing a pink polo shirt with a popped collar makes you gay.
  20. Well that's obvious. Most teens are too immature and ignorant to understand a wide variety of things. But that doesn't give people the right to say "teens can never be in love." Well thats the thing, its not impossible. Its just highly unlikely, big difference.

  22. No offense to Futurama, but assuming you're some "exception to the rule" won't really cut it here. My view may seem cold-hearted, but I only know what the majority of teens act like/think. And with what tripsis said, it may be a stereotype, but it holds true to most girls. Under those pretenses, I can (mathmatically) that any random teenage girl probably has the immature OC/Laguna Beach/Abercrombie + Fitch/Mass Media/Soap Opera influenced mindset, whether or not they participate in any of the above camps. Don't believe me? Look at how [bleep]ty young girls are dressing nowadays, as young as 10-12. They may deny it, but love is the last thing they're going to find, its all just a physical attraction/lust thing nowadays, and its a trend thats continuing..for the worse!
  23. I second this statement, wholeheartedly. I dare to raise the age limit above 18, since at 20 girls are still just as immature and fickle as they were at 13.
  24. I would be one to say love knows not age, but in my experiences growing up, relationships are no more than status symbols at younger ages, moving into sexual infatuations into the mid-late teenage years. From my years at school, I have not experience, or observed true love in any sense, its just how public schools are these days..
