  1. Isn't it a buy the game once, free to play type of thing? Had a friend talk to me about a few months back, so I cant remember.

It's too complicated to fix all the evils of prostitution, so lets just keep it illegal.
  3. Mother of God. Too bad I don't got 75 dollars.
  4. I'm not defending the bill nor our government mob, but I'm being a realist. Countless others countries have issues the same degrees often under worse administrations, and the majority of residents have survived them.

Doubt it. His son is only 27, and though their political policies are extreme I doubt they're foolish enough to place their country, which is in an extremely precarious position as is, in the hands of an unproven youth. The most likely scenario I see is a power struggle among the lead generals, which could have two results: partial consolidation of power, which would lead to a civil war between factions and make the whole county even shittier, or full consolidation of power, which would lead to war on South Korea. On the other hand, he could easily have been dead for months now and nobody would be the wiser. From the little I've heard of Kim Jong-il, he was considered a god. So if the son of a god is next in line, they'll let him rule no matter his age. In the article I read about Kim Jong-il's death the author (western) seemed to think that his son is fine for the job of ruling the country since he's embraced most of his father's ideology and tactics, which is exactly what the people "want". Sorry. To his generals and people in power, he is no God, he is just their superior. His son will rule and not make a big fuss and the generals get to live in their estates in luxury. I even doubt a civil war will happen.

TIF should become a merc force, and get ready for the playground ahead. [hide] ;) [/hide]
  7. I don't think American citizens don't have much to worry here, I've never heard of someone getting dragged off by the Patriot Act. If you keep your mouth shut, you would be alright. I would sense this bill affects more people overseas rather than people within America. Not that I like this thing, but what else can we do? He who sacrifices freedom for security deserves neither. -Benjamin Franklin Hey, I'm just coming from experience. Both my parents lived through the junta era of Argentina, during the Dirty War (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dirty_War). None of my family, extended family, or their friends were mysteriously gone or even arrested. America isn't even in dire danger: American residents don't have to worry about misuse of this. As I said, foreigners I think would have bigger problems with this.

RPG said it would only last two months. What were the requirements to get it, RPG? Besides just not having a job.
  9. Haha, no that's not me actually. It's a very similar texture pack though, but that is the gist of what I'm doing...city-form.
  10. I don't want to know how long and tedious that must of took you. My patience gland hurting by looking at that, but my eyes are loving it.
  11. Hm, I would argue young females like some length in men's hair...considering what the "hot" men tend to have. And why do employers want short hair? Because they got their heads in their asses from a WASP culture.
  12. The two biggest steps to stop Islamic terrorism against the West is to cut off all support to Israel and remove our commerence of the Middle East. Pigs will fly before that happens though.

  14. Hm, a more authoritative government. What a surprise.

Man I am depressed. Just realized it's been 4 months since I've graduated college and I never obtained a steady full-time job. Now I get invited to all sorts of parties, diner-outs, etc for the holidays and I don't have a single penny. *sigh* Signed onto a staffing agency...gonna call them later today.
  16. Arrow in the knee. I swear one more of these jokes and I would kill somebody. It is way overdone.

December IS the most depressed month of the year.

It would be a waste of your time and water otherwise.
  20. This is page 404  Coincidence? ... HOLY SHIT. :ohnoes:

I sorta just tried this and I don't really remember the cold now. I entered the bathroom confident, but feeling the cool air after taking my clothes off I became hesitant. I put my foot in it and said [bleep] it. So I put on the warm water, got in, and gradually turned down the tempature. Got a little bit of shock towards the end after I pushed it almost to the max. What's really neat about it though, I didn't feel the cold air getting out - which I used to hate so I stayed in the shower till I dried off a bit. Also since the water was cold I wanted to get out sooner, and there was no cold air issue so I dried off/hygienated myself faster, so this was the fastest shower I conducted in years. So damn right it has merits, but I can't start at freezing just yet though. But cold showers are definitely better.
  22. Haha, sorry. I really want to realize this on a download, but there's lots of holes and gaps around. Once I smooth them out, I'll make a download. [hide=For example, under the Arena...a big hole.][/hide]
  23. I haven't worked on my city for a while, but recently got back into it. Finished the so-called, "Undercity" - old part of town lost under the growth above. [hide][/hide] Also finished a little shopping district with a canal. [hide][/hide] Annnd the city progress overall; this picture just scratches the surface...literally. [hide][/hide]

I'll try this. I haven't really been doing much these last couple of weeks, like finding a job.
