  1. There are other nonmembers with 90+ dungeoneering, like S Diamant Y, Hot Sub, and Sulphite (highest at the moment).
  2. So we're making unaccurate lists now? (Not blaming you Isthatok) I'll make it simple, put everyone on the list that is top 250 - requested not to be on or not or you can simply take me off too. Up to you guys... make it correct, or mess up the value of the list. Readded Lerua85. Let me know if I need to add anyone else then. Mauranius and Devilstator.
  3. Yes indeed, Hutitus has been a member before. He mines at the guild in my world occasionally; I got a chance to pull him aside and ask him:
  4. You're right, they have 15 unranked xp. Maybe it's from a P2P glitch in dungeoneering?
  5. Oh that's right, I forgot about that; my bad.
  6. Wait a second, Slayer was released on January 26, 2005, so both your pic and Central Keeper's are actually older than that.
  7. I remember galaxyg :) And was gutted when he dropped off the top 250! I never saw him, but he had a repuation for never saying anything, ever. Yeah, and that story about someone wanting to give him a rune 2h back in Classic (which was as valuable as a partyhat today) and he refused to take it as a gift, so the guy dropped it. He didn't want the guy to lose it, so he eventually picked it up and agreed to keep it. One of the few times he accepted a gift from someone, since he tried as hard as he could to stick to his personal code of total independence. I hear he made all of his training armor himself and trained with a rune longsword (self-made) until like level 119. That of course means that his mining and smithing were incredibly high even in Classic. This is aside from the fact that, for ages, Galaxyg was the highest-leveled pure F2P. Check this list: http://www.angelfire.com/rpg2/rshistory/lvl100.html According to Meili, who's been playing since 2001, that list was actually compiled here on TipIt in 2003. That means Galaxyg was lvl 117 (and even had 92 magic) back then. The only other pure F2Pers on that list that I recognize are Advanced Bot (109), Alchemon (106), and the immortal Mendark 9 (101). The man's a legend.
  8. Sorry to go off-topic, but does anyone know if Stiles in Karamja will also turn raw fish (in addition to cooked, which I know he does) into bank notes as well?
  9. Same here. They nerfed it for a reason; I don't think they'll retract any part of that decision, definitely not anytime soon anyway.
  10. Yeah, that's in the latest news post by Jagex. I think this is an incredible development. I could never have imagined Jagex giving F2P this kind of update 4 years ago. On another note: Lady Lione Q1: Will you remove the member's only door from free to play dungeoneering? Mod Chris L 1: Nope, they are there by design so F2P people can see there would be more to explore (Source) I guess that answers the 100+ stat door question too.
  11. That's awesome man! She sounded like an awesome person. May she rest in peace.

  12. Thanks for the tip about Stomp. :P That was a total facepalm moment.

  13. So I just killed Stomp and there doesn't seem to be an exit where he once stood. Is this a glitch?
  14. Yeah, as far as non-members and Dungeoneering is concerned, there are a lot of bugs that still need to be fixed. Aside from the possible p2p xp, there are also member doors you can't open (e.g. picking the padlock; "you are unable to pick the padlock", presumably because you need thieving to do that) and doors well over level 100. I did a dungeon yesterday that had two rooms like that: one needed 103 runecrafting, the other needed 102 woodcutting. Of course, all of this leads to getting less xp from bonus rooms simply because it's beyond our control as non-members.
  15. I think this indicates that she hasn't logged in yet since the release of Dungeoneering. The extra total level doesn't get added until you log in.
  16. I reset as soon as I have to repeat a level. Not sure if that's the best way, but that's how I am doing it at the moment. ~Dan This is what I'm doing as well. I've given up on trying to find teams unless someone happens to be shouting the same floor I'm on (and I go on 113, 1 is WAY too crowded for me), so I generally solo all my raids. Up until now I've been doing the best floor that I can do and, if I can't access the next floor just yet, I reset my progress and repeat this process until I can do so. I don't know how efficient this is. I think I'm going to try doing all the floors I can (1-16 right now) before I reset and see how that affects my prestige.
  17. A Runescape Forums update has taken place; see here: http://services.runescape.com/m=news/newsitem.ws?id=2865 So now there's a new section for non-members, Free 1000+. Just scroll down and you should see it: http://[Use Quick Find Code]/l=0/[Please Use QuickFind Code]
  18. I guess teams are the secret to gaining incredibly fast exp. That's probably it; I used to do teams of 2-4 way back when but I've been soloing as of late, and that's probably the cause of my low xp. Thanks.
  19. Does anyone have any methods of raising prestige? I've read on the knowledgebase that trying a variety of floors will give you a decent amount, but that doesn't seem to work for me - I always get over 1k floor xp but under 200 prestige xp, which cuts my potential xp in half and is really frustrating. I've also just tried resetting my progress and doing the highest floor repeatedly until I can do a better floor; I reset after every time because I guess grinding the same floor without resetting your progress will get you 0 prestige xp. I used to get upwards of 900-1k prestige xp per round, but not after 26 dungeoneering or so (lvl 30 now) - I dunno what happened.
  20. I thought he was already on this list? I guess I'm wrong lol; he has posted here before asking to be added. He is a legitimate non-member, before anyone asks. I've mined with him for several weeks in the guild. His username is only case-sensitive because he had to make a name change from his old username, which contained mild Portugese profanity. This has happened to other non-members before too.

  22. Yeah. I would still like to know how B u c H got almost 60 dungeoneering in under 48 hours after the skill's release.
  23. I'm with you Isthatok - I have no idea how Taurus 2nv and B u c H got such high dungeoneering levels in less than 48 hours...
  24. Yeah, this skill is starting to annoy me because I'm positive I'm not doing something right. I've probably dungeoneered for a total of 4+ hours and I only have 6 dungeoneering and like 25 tokens. It usually takes me at least half an hour to do a solo raid (that might just be because I'm only lvl 64 and need to rely on magic, essence gathering/crafting, therefore more time-consuming) but it really shouldn't be taking this long... After I got 6 complexity, the game told me that I might want to reset my progress since I can't go to floor 4 yet; it basically recommended it so that I could get a "faster rate of ongoing xp" but I really don't know if that will help. Are the rewards really so scant? Is the xp really this little? How are two nonmembers in the top 5, then, and how is anybody supposed to amass enough tokens (at my rate) to get the good F2P rewards? I feel really dumb right now. :P It might be because I've ONLY solo'd and have never done this as a group, or it might be because I keep doing the "free-for-all" queue.
