You can make money with fire strike on them, but then again, it is fire strike, so it'll be awful xp and money. The main point is, you're better off doing something like killing green dragons for 500k/hour and then alching ruby rings or something.

One last off-topic post... I wouldn't bother with them unless I would be cannoning also. You can also use chinchompas on nechryael; it's something like 60 charms an hour, but it's also very cheap chinchompa-ing.

Roaches suck. High defense + low drop rate. Greaters win by far. Just stick in one area so the dogs can go non-aggressive. You can bring bones-to-peaches, if you want, and kill dogs for bones, but this is a waste of time in my opinion.

Then make some money. It'll take less time killing green dragons at 500k/hour and buying lobs->monks->sharks than dinking around with trout or whatever you were planning to do instead.

Zamorakian Spear is much faster than a Warspear, so it wins.

Greater Demons are good.

A whip is about 1:500 kills from my experience. It takes me maybe 90-120 minutes to do 200 abyssal demons.

All that's been posted about Waterfiends is correct. For Lobsters, ice burst is the best. From 82, you'll need: 2,573 Granite Lobsters 3,026 Swamp Titans So about 5600 crimsons. It's about 266 crimsons per 1k bursts. So if you don't use any greens or golds, it'll take you 21k bursts to get the charms. With other colors, I'd guess at around 18k bursts.

Didn't know there was a skill booster that would boost your slayer from 51 to 83. :roll:

I've killed over 3000 with and without, and there was not enough of a difference at a 95% significance level to suggest that there was a difference in the drop rates.

Here's what I'd use: Helm - Neitiznot Cape - Fire or Zamorak Cloak if you don't have a Zamorak Hawk Amulet - Fury Weapon - Whip Platebody - Proselyte Shield - Rune Defender (This is KEY) Legs - Proselyte Gloves - Barrows Boots - Dragon Ring - Berserker>Warrior>Explorer's

Salve works with Void, however.

I'd also like to see an average over several tasks (50+?) of 85+ slayer, how many charms of each color one gets.

I've got an average of 6.8/patch, so an average 34/run.

Don't fish sharks ever, it's like 120k an hour. D boots are 1:90, Whips are around 1:400; however, abyssal demons are better money now, considering the low price of Dragon Boots and the fact that the demons drop other significant drops. Abyssals are easy - just kill them like you killed every other slayer monster from 1-85. Kill spiritual mages like you killed aberrant specters.

[/hide] really nice TRIP dude. and congratz on the level that was your first trip. : and look at me talk in private \ 4 boots in 540 kills is 1:135. The average drop rate is 1:90, so I'd hardly call this a really nice trip, and knowing you, you weren't being sarcastic either. -.-

15-20 Your tree run should be willows/maples and orange/curry. Try to do several allotment runs of the best herbs you can grow. You can also grow strawberries; last time I checked you just about break even, so it's basically free xp. No idea, since I've done about 50-80 with only herbs.
