Level 1. You can kill green dragons. I'm 90 slayer and I'll admit that none of the monsters are good for camping for money.

Dusties require 65 slayer, so you'll have to train it up a few levels if you want to kill them. Greater demons are great (pun sorry :wall: ) once the dogs go non-aggressive.

Aviansies. :wall: Otherwise I guess you could kill Tzhaar monsters or Ankou if you insist on getting camp-able drops.

Get 70 ranged (for black hides) and 70 prayer (to bless your friend's grave when he dies). Get 52 summoning so you can stay longer. Good luck.

Rune C'bow with broad bolts is very good. You can't really improve on that except with rune bolts, which aren't worth your money. Use an Unholy Book for a shield. Get Ranger Boots and an Archer Ring. Use ranged potions, flash/use 10% ranged prayer and prayer potions, and use a cannon. Another note is that you can use chinchompas on Nechyrael in the Chaos Tunnels.

I suppose the time it takes to use up the item depends upon what you're using it for (I mean like oak planks, teak planks, etc.). But here's a general formula: If: [Money saved] > (0.2 - [time to use item, hours]) x [best money making, gp/hour] then use the item. Basically, what I wrote out is: If Benefit > Cost then use the item.

What's your current level? Regardless, currently prayer potions are the cheapest gp/xp until Super Restore potions.

Only cut your planks if it's the fastest way you can make money (which is about 350k/hr with balloons, mind you.) If you make more money at runecrafting or what have you, do that. I'd just like to throw out Green Dragons and Aviansies as good, consistent, combat-based money making methods. You can make 400k at greens starting at relatively low levels, and it only goes up (I make 600-650k). ----------------- It's been a while since this has been posted on, but I would like to add that I meant to cut planks as a way to cut the cost of leveling, not to make money. So: 50m needed (using the post as reference) Planks cost about 450gp each in G.E., 250gp when cutting (use servant) So, the same amount of planks only costs 27,777,778gp (roughly, and not including servant costs) Using a Clay hammer doubles the exp, so using these throughout (or as much as possible) means you will only have to use half the number of planks, essentially cutting the price by 1/2 more. Zombies are ~90-100k/hour with MAXED stats. You're not doing anything wrong, and 80k is pretty good for melee.

I disagree. You can kill him without an antifire/dragonfire shield, but you are better off with the DFS in this instance. DFS is best for dragon hunting. Elysian > DFS for tanking bandos or tank ranging. Defender for everything else.

It's not even that expensive anymore. I think it's under 40m with sc hammers. Is about 25-30m. But lots of SC. Expect about 48-80 hours of SC.

Smelting gold with gauntlets is 4.75gp per xp. I'd do this.

Use the Oo'glog energy pool. Worked for me. I died there twice, and had to bank twice outside of dying. Just use monkfish and bring two brews so you can double eat.
