1) From 77 to 85 - 5477 Granite Lobsters From 85 to 88 - 3026 Swamp Titans Total of about 8500 Crimsons. Since you'll also be using golds and greens, I'd say about 7500 crimsons. Apparently, it's about 250 crimsons per 1k bursts. So around 30k bursts. 2) Kent's guide to summoning estimates about 75m as the cost of 1-99 summoning. I'm a bit too lazy to crunch the cost for you, but I'd guess somewhere in the range of 20-35m. Exchange your pouches, and try to find someone to buy the shards you have left at 88. 3) Do Granite Lobs til 85, then Swamp Titans. 4) Don't buy Dragon Claws for slayer. Use a DDS or an SGS for specials (SGS is overkill really, though). AGS is also okay, but again, overkill.

As has been said, 34 herbs/75 mins = 27.2 herbs/hour. If you farm all day (lol), you'd get 652.8 herbs/day.

On topic, I'd estimate at your levels Green Dragons at about 400-450k/hour, and Aviansies at 300k/hour. So for 6-8m, this is how long it would take given the above assumptions: Aviansies: 20-27 hours. Green Dragons: 14-20 hours.

Black demons>greater demons. Better charms, better melee xp, no wild dogs, less competition. It costs a bit at lower levels but then again you barely break even at greaters. Last time I checked Greaters were faster charms/hour, since they're so weak. I'm pretty sure blacks are better. And they are much better combat xp. Once the dogs go unagressive Greaters are fast. But I don't have tons of experience with Blacks since I started skipping them around 80 slayer, then blocking them once Smoking Kills came out.

DFS sucks unless you plan on doing tons of Armadyl/Saradomin GWD or dragon/wyvern slaying with melee. What if an update comes out that makes your skills easy to obtain and meaningless? What if an update comes out that makes xp cheaper and faster, so that you wasted your time? Tbh your arguments kind of fail.
