1. If you use bass to substitute for Shark by the effect of Charos (u), do you still get 2 charges? 2. Does multiple lyres work like Glorys in that they have individual charges or do they share the same number? ty!

check their hp on the beastiary, all slayer task monsters xp are the same as their hp, so if they have 150 hp, you get 150 slayer xp per kill

I have recently reached 37 slayer, so i decided to kill a few killerwatts for a bit of laugh, to my surprise, their drops are quite good, albeit very heavy hitting, i eat through my monkfishies.... Are these creatures, in your opinion, worth the fish that you eat? Also are there effective ways of defending yourself against them?

Al Kharid, beside the general Store there.

i think its about 5-6m Dharok is a special set that requires a special way to train (keeping your hp as low as possible, then turn on prayer), so i wouldnt use it on dragons because the dragon breath will go through your prayer.

use Shears on a sheep to get wool, use wool on a spinning wheel to make it into ball of wool, and then use the ball of wool on the amulet. Voila

get your mage level up, way up before attempting to use abyss, or else you have to use unsocial hours (like early in the morning, 3am or something), because a single teleblock, entangle, you are toast. I have stats higher than this, wearing full red drag, and still got owned by pkers. Mage is extremely powerful these days...

thats exactly it, if you have the ess and money, you are a crafter, and runners will be happy

There is also another point: Mith bars, if bought for 1k ea, is actually cheaper to level smithing with than Steel bars Steel Plates alch for 900 (taking away the cost of nats, unless you make them), you need to spend 3k for the 5 bars, so you lose 2100 gp for 187.5 points of xp Mith plates alch for 2800, the bars costs 5k, so you lose 2200 gp for 250 points of xp there you go

dragon's stats are not impressive, nowhere near gunthans armor, its like 30-40 inferior. To compare the prices of full Drag and gunthans, you need to repair gunthans at least 50 times before it becomes more expensive, and thats 750 hours, or 31 days of training. Gunthan's superior stats means that you can train on harder monsters, thereby netting you more drops to compensate for the gunthan's repair costs. Gunthans also have the advantage that it gains you life, so you need less, if any food when you are training so you only have to bank when you have full inv, not out of food. Once you buy Dragon chain, you need to take into account of the fact that you will get hit more often than gunthan, requiring more food because you have no source of healing, and it is harder to replace in the chance of you losing it. I would choose gunthan's set over dragon chain anyday, due to its flexibility over dragon If you want the gunthan's stats: Stats are in Stab, Slash, Crush, Magic and Range: Helm : +55, +58, +54, -1, +62 Armor : +122, +120, +107, -6, +135 Chainskirt : +75, +72, +73, -4, +82 Spear : +75, +75, +75, 0, 0 Str : +75 Total Armor bonus : +252, +240, + 234, -11, +276 Of course he armor bonus is only when you are wielding a spear, but if you wield a Dragon Square instead, all of those + will go above 300, if not close. Dragon stats: Dragon med : +33, +35, +32, -1, +34 Dragon Chain : +81, +93, +98, -3, +82 Dragon Legs : +68, +66, +63, -4, +65 Dragon Sqaure : +50, +52, +48, 0, +50 Total for Dragons: +232, +245, +241, -8, +231 Boots and gloves are not counted because they would have the same stats for both sets. as we can clearly see, the dragon's set, including the square, have inferior stats to gunthans armor (without having to take shield into account). Most people use Gunthans armor, with obby/drag square shield and whip, along with Spear in the inventory for maximum effectiveness. conclusion, Dragon is no longer the best armor, in fact its far from it.

I am currently using my harralander herbs, which pot should i make to be more useful? Stat restore or energy pot?

however, the money you make off minds cannot counter balance the money you would for airs, unless your rc is 98 (which both airs and minds have the same rc count) Minds and airs both go for what? about 20ea? But you make more airs at quite a number of levels, and its shorter distance means that more people will run airs for you than minds. Nice idea though
-
definitely f2p, i was a runecrafter there when i was f2p. Besides you will get more people running if the world was f2p rather than p2p
-
correct, it isnt 1gp per exp, i miscalculated somewhere at 66, you craft 7 airs per ess, so a load of 25 ess gives 175 airs, which if you sell at 15 ea (20 is unreasonable if you want pure speed), then you get 2625 gp per load of ess crafted. so you are left with 125 gp gain, but you have to take into account of your lost ess, and assuming ess to be 20ea (you can get 15ea not too difficult though), then each 25 ess costs 500 gp. that means you have 375gp loss. This means you pay 3gp per 1 xp. considering other skills such as prayer and smithing, rc is pretty cheap, albeit slow.
-
that is correct, you can only get Blue, Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple, Green and Black capes

if you are feeling a bit broke and need some desperate fishing, i would suggest you do swan song (and all quests that you need to get there), because monk fish is very decent food for questing needs and also pretty easy to fish. also gives 10k prayer exp, which will save you a lot of money and hassle later on
-
the exp you get from cannons are less than you would if you were using a bow, its 2 exp range per damage done by cannon and you get no hp exp. just so you know
-
dragon doesnt have better stats than gunthans if you just compare the body, legs and helm, the full gunthan armor nets you about + 250 to all defences, and adding an obby shield will knock them over 300's, dragon's stuff only gets up to about 260's to 270's with an obby shield. spears are +75 in stab, slash and crush, +7 in those stat defences and +75 str

monkey madness is real pain, get d long first, much more reliable, and a very decent special attack (d scimmy special is only useful in pking), excellent for the odd boss fights if you dont have a dds (which is again an excellent boss fight weapon) do lost city first, because monkey madness has the nasty lv 180+ jungle demon for you to defeat, level a bit, certainly in prayer and ranged a bit more before venturing into this quest. 2 advices: 1. NEVER EVER forget a way to tele out, always have it just in case. 2. once you get a monkey greegree, the hard part 1 will be over

though take heed, 100x more people want cash than runes, so when one declare open, everybody automatically assumes that you are giving 2.5k, so if you want this method to be effective, have likt 5 mill and 50k ess, that way you stay there for longer. the higher your rc, the higher this method benefits you, and something else yoou should know: it is harder for airs to sell at 20ea nowadays, and the prices are more like 15-17 ea, so you might want to take that into account if you want to rc for speed

well there is a few things i noticed that i didnt encounter: when i started battle with the queen, she immediately blasts me twice, draining my prayer from 50 to 12 in 2 hits, and then she stopped draining it altogether. I forgot my prayer pots and she never casted the prayer drain spell again (either that or the draining did not have any effect on me). i didnt replenish my prayer because i forgot my pots... =p replenishing your prayer will probably trigger the queen's spell to drain your prayer again, regardless of your prayer (i had my prayer on before whipping her, and yet she still drained my prayer). so i would recommend that you do not pot your prayer back up, just use your runes and food to outlast her...
-
it does have a significance, though its significance is eye candy rather than pratical significance...
-
i melee'ed her, she only drained my prayer down to about 15, then she completely stopped draining my prayer. It seems that her mage attack and only mage attacks drain prayer, and if you melee her, she wont mage you as much. Also since drinking a pot will increase your prayer, she will drain it until you have like below 20 or something, with about 18 drain everytime... i found melee'ing to be quite easy, i only used 3 tuna potato's...

there are also some boots in the gnome stronghold clothes shop, as well as in rellekka.
