But for the purpose of Dagganoths, Wands and Book combo beats Staves due to Momentum and less overkill of dual wielding, but you do burn more runes while dual wielding (twice as much), whether that is an issue or not is up to you. Master Wand and Grifolic orb is more than sufficient for Dagannoths, higher tier wands/book doesn't benefit dagannoths due to how accurate master wands are on them (but master wand indeed have limited use outside of Dagannoths, since most higher level creatures have higher tier, and thus more resistant to t60). Also if you have the tokens to spare, Twisted Skull (or demon horn will do fine, all 3 prayer restore necks does the same with regards to normal bones), bone crusher and (if you are also collecting charms) charming imp are all good buys.

Not from what I have seen, 2h weapons and dual wield fastest weapons have the exact same cooldown for me.

EEE has no stat boost over EE (it only boosts its healing, which is nearly non-existent outside of momentum slaying), therefore EE is good enough, for now. With regards to money making, I'd probably say GWD bossing with T8 weapons. Most of the money income are heavily concentrated in QBD, Nex or KK, which are generally done only in t80 gear or better (probably only done in Drygores, t9 melee weapons). If you can do hard morytania tasks, Barrows are still okish if you don't feel like bossing, about 1m an hour if do them fast (note this is assuming 5 minutes between chests).

Chaotic Claws or Chaotic Maul (both cost 200k, Claws cost an additional set of Dragon Claws, which costs barely a fraction of its former cost) are both vastly superior to Chaotic Rapier, since you need both the MH and off hand rapiers to make full use of it. If you have EE, or access to one, I would get a Main hand claw now, costs only 100k tokens, since you are working towards the level/token for it, you will have access to chaotic weapon much faster than you would either a Maul or Rapiers. Bear in mind that dual chaotic weapons have a higher repair cost than Maul, but as long as EE's stat remain, Chaotic with EE will be much better than Maul. The t8 magic weapon is Chaotic staff, which remains best in slot for a 2h staff and joint best in slot for the best magic weapon.

DV, Cherry and Nex are banned because you have post count which added together cannot beat Alg's Alg is banned for having more post count than a sane person is capable of.

5 of each Harem, Band and Tiger riders, 3 Judge, 3 merchant and 4 Oxhead is a good starting place. Adjust as you see fit, but I would not recommend using 4 jods/merchs or less than 2.

Possibly, but it seems strange that it would occur on things that should not have decimal places to begin with (such as 1.5x 26 is exactly 39), but without looking at the exact numbers, I can only speculate the origin of the discrepancies. But as long as these discrepancies exist, there will be some weapons that are better than others. People have been known to pay millions for a relatively small damage boost (Torva, etc), I am willing to bet they will want to pay practically nothing for that damage boost (EG choosing Drygore Rapiers/Long over maces.)

I'd blow cash on a Main Hand weapon over an Off hand weapon, because Main Hand is the biggest contributor of damage. Keep in mind, there are whispers of Jagex looking at EE if they statted it wrong, so EE may very well be nerfed in a near future. But until then, EE is the second best off hand in the game, by a margin small enough to be ignored by all but the most avid efficiencists (~ 0.3% of overall damage). Lastly, you do NOT need to have Elite seers task for EE, only hard tasks are enough. Elite only boosts the healing from the weapon, which very rarely occurs due abilities never actually hitting with off ahdn.

Good day today, sent out a scroll and spice, rerolled adv, got plate and lacquer, sent them. Then normal voyage rolled a plate and bones, which will need to wait until later tomorrow. If all goes well, i'll have full tetsu by wednesday, and only 4 lacqures and 1 chi voyages away from full dl and ss, and 3 scrolls short.

It would seem just a product of rounding off (as in jagex calculations is more complicated and ends up having decimal places that gets eliminated), but some figures do seem too off to be rounding error (such as the 3 damage difference between the damage boost from BCP on dragon long and its real damage boost). Also, here is what I have found: Drygore Mace / Drygore Mace: 1444 Drygore Mace / EE : 1440 Those match exactly to inv screen But, add bcp to the mix: Drygore Mace / Drygore Mace : 1482 (or 38 damage boost, 1 point off from 1.5 x 26 = 39) Drygore Mace / EE : 1480 (or 40 damage boost, again, 1 off from 39, but the other way). meaning... EE is even closet to Drygore off hand when wearing BCP. No idea whether it will be exaggerated with torva (I doubt EE will end up better than Drygore, it'd be silly).

Does slightly more damage than Magic short with abilities due to slightly higher tier. Still beats dark bow to death though
