The experience doubles every 7 levels, so 92 is half the experience needed for 99, and 85 is a quarter of the experience needed for 99.

Yeah, but Jagex announced that in the news... Pretty sure its just Strength and Attack capes. Besides, I'd like to know someone who has 99 strength/attack/defense without having 41 total in their other stats

Why would Jagex add another monster that gives so big cash though?:/ But lets stick to the thread. Why would an item stated as a treasure item be craftable? I've seen one pair go for a Red Phat and 10m.. One is going for a Yellow Phat & Red Mask! It's crazy.. Nobody is really going to pay that much though.
