They're untradable, 450 xp ea. What uses could you use for those? So far all I can think of is rune mining since you have to go through like 5 conversation screens before you can actually deliver items.

You might be doing the same thing, but at least the environment changes on a regular basis...and YOU BENEFIT FROM TRAINING THE SKILL! monster drops.... exp. points to fighting stats... I feel this is the big dividing line, training agility serves NO purpose other than..training agility. Other skills have secondary benefits from training them. Even the ill-favored Herblore. All the potions you make to level up have their uses. You get the point. Agility is the only skill that helps every other skill, since you can run longer.
